Now, being in the fourth year of staying in these school this is my first time in the detention room. My eyes were still closed, while I sigh and curse my life. I am bored in here. Half of the day goes by and then the teacher excuses me from my class for a whole week to repent of what I have been doing in my life. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ~PAWELL POV~

As a she-wolf with a soft heart, only her status as an Alpha’s daughter had saved her from ridicule and worse. “There’s something else,” Diana said, startling me. “Have either of you seen my diary? It’s a small purple book with a lock.” Lisa was shaking her head. “I haven’t.” Should I lie? I swear my falsehoods were becoming smoother the more practised I became. Instead, avoiding the question, I volunteered to help her look for it. “I may just take you up on that,” she replied. I couldn’t wait to ditch Lisa and see what transpired.

The trio had never for once made me forget my place as the loser in school. A memory of their recent torture took control of my mind and began to replay in my head. It had been a slow day and I had been reading. It happened so suddenly. One minute the book was right there in my hand and the next, it was snatched by someone. This aroused anger inside me that I screamed out. "Hey!" The trio, Duke, Darius and Dean stood proudly before me. Darius was the more outspoken one of them, tall with brown hair and brown eyes like his dad's. He found the book I'd been reading too funny because he was grinning as he flipped through the pages.

I just wanted to be around him, or maybe wish him good luck on his bike race. Just then, I found a book. It looked eerie, old, but then special. It wasn't dusty for the place where it was kept. I brought it out and swiped through it and noticed it was a diary. Why does he have a diary? But then, while I turned each page, I realized it wasn't Dimitri's diary. It was a girl's diary. She was heartbroken and sad. Then I went to the last page. The last few sentences sent shivers down my spine: "Chased after me. He wasn't just an ordinary guy. He was a secret underground lord." She had literally gotten to the part where Harry had received his letter to Hogwarts when the door to her room opened again and this time it was eighteen year old Dawn Smith who bounced into the room. “Do you mind if I hide out here?” she asked, pushing the door shut “the other girls in my dorm are having this…ugh…slumber party” she made a face “and I don’t want to be hanging around while they gossip about boys and braid each other’s hair”.

I’m hungry.” After we were done eating, Darius gave me a few more protein bars and water bottles before bidding me goodbye with a promise to return soon. For the rest of the day, I crawled and followed the sunlight with a book in my hand that Darius brought the first night. It was about a girl surviving in a foreign land, much similar to me. I could see why he chose the particular book for me and for some reason, I found it funny.
