We walked around the outer building to where Jack had a maze set up. It wasn’t an overly big maze but it was intricate enough to make the game fun.

The stranger descended the sand dune and did not take long before reaching its base. With feet planted firmly on the sand, the stranger slowly raised a hand and opened it to reveal a round featureless stone. The stranger dropped the stone a short distance where it was partly covered with sand and then took out a small waterskin. With arm outstretched, the stranger slowly poured water over the dark stone.

Yet about the time that she opens her mouth to decline is the same time that Hunter comes over to Adam and tugs on his shirt. “Yeah, buddy?” Adam asks the child with a big smile. “Liam says you got a dungeon here in your castle! Is he lying?” Hunter asks Adam with a serious frown. “He's not lying to you. I do have a dungeon. It's right below us.” Hunter's eyes go wide as saucer plates and his mout forms an astonished 'oh' for a moment before the excitement sets in. He bounces up and down on his heels begging, “Can I please see it? Please?”

I move so fast to reach the endless darkhole. It was endless due to no one have ever discover there's really the end of it, but I'm sure there's a bottom. How can there's not when I located the location of the awakening? “I might be the first one to realize the height of this darkhole!” Just as I finish it, my expression change suddenly into one of a dread.

Everyone prepared themselves and pin the last part of their chains to the wrought. “Convel, I want you to grab our prisoner.” My eyes never blinked this fast before. “Why?” “I want her to see us, to see what we believe in, and to see how we make sure everyone is safe.” I nodded as a response to what he said. He is determined to let humans, especially hunters, understand us. Minutes after leaving Alarick and my beer, I finally arrived at the dungeon with no guards around because of the blood moon. I slowly entered the dungeon. It was dark, but our eyes could see everything, no matter how dim the surroundings were.

It was clear that the seeker had one goal- to get to Danny. Kael intercepted the seeker mid-air, his massive frame slamming into the creature’s side. They tumbled into the undergrowth, a chaotic blur of grey fur and snarling teeth. The Seeker shrieked—a high, piercing sound that vibrated in the guards' very bones. It wasn't a howl; it was a sensory probe, a call designed to lock onto a Mark. The ground began to tremble. Through the pack link, Silas could feel the thundering heartbeats of the reinforcements Alex had summoned.

But he knew they had no choice - they had to keep moving. Finally, the Seeker led them to a rundown building on the city's outskirts. He pushed open a door, revealing a dimly lit staircase. "Upstairs," he said, gesturing for them to follow. Sebastian and Amelia climbed the stairs, their breaths coming in short gasps. At the top of the staircase, the Seeker pushed open a door, revealing a room filled with books and strange artefacts. "What is this place?" Sebastian asked, glancing around in wonder.

I gave him a scornful look but he still guided me to the stairs and out of the metal door where I startlingly saw Phillius who is already waiting for me to get out of the dungeon. The door of the dungeon is in the middle of the garden like a secret passage which automatically opens when I press a button on the side of it. It cannot be seen clearly by humans because the metal door is covered with artificial grass that hides it from plain sight. But for the werewolves, this dungeon is not a secret to any of them because I am sure they clearly smell the awful stink down of it and I wonder how many Faes Phillius had captured to torture down that horrible place.
