They started to fear me more when news spread that Xavier, the back death the Hunter, destroyed a whole pack,k including their Alpha, and a nest of vampires killing their queen, all by himself. They didn't add that the pack and nest were evil in the news, though.

Hunter paused, if only for a brief second before he continued, "I think I love her." * * * I looked down at my hands on my lap. What have I done? I should not have eavesdropped. Now it would haunt me for the rest of the day or maybe for even longer. The annoying thing about eavesdropping on the phone call was that I had no idea what the other person was saying so I had to fill the blanks myself. From what I had heard, there were two things for sure: Firstly, Tyler was Villain X. There was no denying it. I had heard Hunter beg him not to hurt me before. Why on earth would Hunter beg him to take my name out of his hit list if not because Tyler was the person behind all of the pranks?

It was the bitterest one he had taken ever, but it tasted like herbs, so it might be safe. "You did well ... closing that portal as soon as they baited you here," the swordsman said. "Who are you?" Arth had to ask. The man smiled. "I knew it from the first time I saw your blue eyes earlier ... your father and I grew up and battled alongside each other until that war came ..." he sighed. "I am Grand Knight Edric Godthorn, a true friend of your father since our childhood." Edric turned towards the long-haired man who was looting the dead demons. "That one is our silent but a determined accomplice. You can call him Hunter Jack."

“What do you mean?” “I mean exactly what you’re thinking but are too afraid to say out loud.” Hunter looked me dead in the eyes, his voice strong and confident. “Have you ever wondered if… if maybe, Xavier isn't the victim? That he’s the one playing the big game, the one controlling the pieces while everyone else thinks he’s trapped?”

I had only seen Mildred and Garren shift, so this was new. Hunter wasn’t nearly as big as Garren, but he was bigger than Mildred. His scales looked rougher, and he had spikes lining his back along his spine. His talons were longer than the others, and his wings looked like they were tipped with ice shards. “Hunter is the last of his kind,” Mildred said low enough for only me to hear. “He’s beautiful. He looks like he is covered in pieces of ice.” I said in awe. She let out a laugh.

His door room exploded and the beast of fear sped in with blue fire emanating from his whole body. "At last we meet" the beast howls and speeds towards him. Eddie tried to escape but there was no way for him. He clings to his wall room, terrifying and breathing hard. The speed stopped on getting towards him. The beast then changed back to the hunter which got Eddie relieved. The hunter looks like Eddie himself which got him confused. "Who are you? " Eddie managed to ask in fear. "I'm Deaton by the name" the hunter replied to him, sitting down on one of Eddie's chairs.

Eric "Hello, Eric. Would you like one?" Hunter greeted as he held up his blunt. I narrowed my eyes at him and walked over, taking a seat in one of the two leather bound chairs in front of his desk. I ignored him, instead, pulling out a cigarette from the pocket of my suit jacket. Using my lighter, I lit it while holding the cigarette in between my lips. I blew out a cloud of smoke as I looked at Hunter. Our history was murky. We used to be friends, then enemies, and now we were in some sort of ceasefire.

Two hours ago:- Hunter’s POV:- “Apart from these photos, there are these documents that prove Hunter being H.E. These are the license papers for lab equipment Hunter imported from France. You can read yourself that the name of the owner written in bold is none other than Hunter Brown. The only difference is he has used his full name, that is, Hunter Edward Brown. And in the last his signature; again — H.E.” Viaan’s voice boomed in my living hall, tearing the eerie silence I had here.

"Susan is strong. She's fought through challenges in the forest. She'll make it. We must have faith in her resilience." Xander looks at the hunter and recognises the face as the one who saved Susan. He walks to him, shaking him. "I'm so grateful. Thank you for being here. Your support means a lot to us and God bless you for saving her life." "I'm Xander by name." He places his hand on his own chest. " What's your name?" "Oh, me?" He scratches his head and smiles. "I'm faith by name but a hunter by unfavorable circumstance."

He dropped the mug of coffee on the table and shifted his gaze to the door. "Come in."He said, giving access to whoever it is at the door to enter. Eric walked in with a brown paper in his hand, he bowed his head and stretched it forward for him to take,"It's a letter from the Darklight Pack, by Regina Woods father." Eric had to say, seeing his reluctance. Only then did Xander took it from him and tore it opened immediately. His eyes roam the letter, and as his eyes left one word to go to the other, his eyes went dark, lighting with pure hatred. His fists tightened on the paper, and in no time, he scrunched it up.
