I Buried you in 1612- The Surveyors Curse

I Buried you in 1612- The Surveyors Curse

rendered the room in a spectrum of heat and history. She moved to a central pedestal where a glass case held a leather-bound book—the original 1612 journal of Catherine Watson. She shattered the glass with a flick of her obsidian talons. As she touched the vellum, the "glitches" became a flood. She wasn't just remembering; she was reliving. She felt the cold damp of the Lancaster jail. She felt the betrayal not as a suspicion, but as a physical weight. "Elias says he maps the stars for us," the ink seemed to bleed off the page, whispering in her mind.

JASMINE

JASMINE

Like she was waiting for it. Then she smiled, not the friendly kind, not the “hey, girl!” kind. This one was thinner. Cautious. Something about it didn’t fit her face. It vanished before I could figure out what was wrong with it. And then she turned and walked away, her hair catching the light, bouncing like nothing was broken in her world. ⸻ Literature class dragged. Mr. Ellis was droning on about unreliable narrators and how perspective shapes truth. I sat there in the second row, my head heavy, heart racing, wondering how many versions of Lana existed and whether I could trust any of them.

The Charmer

The Charmer

The books were a revelation. Jasmine traced the leather scrollwork on a book’s blood red cover, admiring the craftsmanship. The gilt edges of the pages and the gold title winked in her reading light. The Haunt were a people who took pride in their literature and wrote even their histories with passion. No bloodless recitals of bare facts here. She scooted down against her raised pillows, seeking a more comfortable position. It was after midnight, but her mind was too seduced by the glory of Haunt history to give in to slumber. The first book she’d read had barely mentioned charmers, but this one seemed more promising.

A very good story. I loved its uniqueness and it's richness. The world you created was vast, imaginative, and the Adventure was exciting, heart warming, and often funny. The characters had depth, flaws, and they always kept me guessing. I loved it. I can't wait to read the sequals.

This would probably be one of my favorite novels in this platform. Beautifully written chapters, and a very well-made plot. You can't help but be enchanted by the characters of the book as well. I had fun reading it up to the end.

Eliza: The Awakening (Book 1)

Eliza: The Awakening (Book 1)

Stopping mid-stairwell, her mother called out with concern, “Where are your clothes? Why were you out naked? How did you get so filthy!” “I’ll be down in a minute!” Eliza impatiently shouted as she rushed into the bathroom and locked the door behind her. It was a logical question for her mother to ask, and understandable for her to be concerned, but it still irritated Eliza. The only child of Viviane and Arthur Eaglesworth, she’d grown up feeling stifled by her mother’s attention and excessive affections. After experiencing the freedom of single life in the city, she’d had her doubts about moving back in with them a few months earlier, but the work and financial setbacks that she’d experienc

Jasper: The Beginning (Book 1)

He nodded as he picked up a small stack of papers and settled into a club chair that was on the opposite side of the carefully waxed mahogany end table that bordered the sofa. “Are there a lot of humans?” she persisted. Jasper shrugged as he focused his attention on the first paper. “I only met Cora and Bess,” he said. “Then, I was kept in the infirmary the entire time. This is a big place.” “It’s funny that he keeps humans on staff,” she mused. “Cora is his staff, correct?” Jasper looked up from his paper. “Why the interest in Cora?” he asked. Lila shrugged and gave a mock yawn. She didn’t want to admit to him that she’d noticed the way he’d admired Cora and was jealous.

My Biker Boy Fantasies

My Biker Boy Fantasies

And by now, Elias had a large jotter which was almost filled with her fantasies of Kaelen, and she was looking to get a new book very soon because she was very sure her mind was gonna think up even more dirty, kinky stuff. . . . Elias's attention was focused on Professor Albert the next morning in class, with Chloe sitting next to her about to doze off. The professor was explaining something complex, and Elias reached into her bag to pick out her jotter when she felt something was off. Her fingers touched a familiar soft leather, instead of the worn out cover of her usual spiral bound jotter, and an icy dread ran through her. Slowly, she pulled it out from her bag. It was the journal, the on

My Substitute Boyfriend is a Werewolf

My Substitute Boyfriend is a Werewolf

I said, sitting beside Elijah, "I'm starting to wonder if I really took out all of its dark energy." "what? You think there's still something dark in here that is luring me in?" Jason asked, and I shrugged. "you don't ever part with that book. I'm worried." I said and Jason chuckled. "Don't be." Elijah said, patting my hand, "he's like this with every book he's found overly interesting. Sure he looked super cool and dangerous on the outside, but he's actually a glorified bookworm." " And it's why you love me dearly. Come to think of it, you might find me completely indispensable at this point." Jason said with a wide smile and Elijah just shook his head.

His Unlovable Mate

His Unlovable Mate

Whether that should concern me or not, I am unsure. Twenty minutes later, I am alone in the library, rifling through huge stacks of books. Elle has left one huge volume out. The beige parchment page refers to a blue-eyed, violent iris male who is always fooled. I pick at a spot of dried blood on the page. It must be Marcus’.

This book had me on a roller coaster of emotions! I can’t honestly say I’ve never heard a story line like this. The story captures you in the first few chapters and have you chase a high that seems to come and then leave just like that. What an amazing journey this book has taken me on. U must read.

Good writing. Excellent world building and storytelling voice. Characters are really interesting, each has their own characteristics. I’m happy this was worth the purchase. A mixture of scenery and to the point dialect. Just work on punctuation placements in areas, this will help with flow.

A Contract With My Demon

A Contract With My Demon

"If you burn this, your story with me... it never reaches a conclusion. We'll be in this 'Volatile Middle' forever. The tension, the fighting, the hunger... it never settles into peace." Elara looked into his grey eyes. She saw the demon who had branded her, the man who had died for her, and the partner who was now standing in the Zero-Point with her. "Peace is just another word for 'Paid in Full', Vane," Elara said. "And I’m not interested in being settled." She touched the flame to the corner of the book. The leather didn't burn with orange fire. It erupted in a geyser of white light and rainbow colored ink. The pages turned into birds made of words, flying out of the vault, through the co

Stolen By The Mirror, Claimed By The Prince

“That’s big. We have to read all of that?” “No,” Elias said casually, without turning. “We have to read all of that,” he added, gesturing to the entire row of books. Lyra followed the motion and stared at the endless wall of parchment death. “Damn,” she muttered, her face twisting. “That’s some great purge.” “It was,” Elias said grimly, flipping open the first book and letting the ancient paper rustle. Lyra let out a sigh. “Couldn’t you summarise it?” she asked. “You know, break it down so I at least have an idea how to get out of here when I want to?”

Frequently Asked Questions

especially the works of E L James, I can share that there hasn't been an official announcement about a new book from her recently. Her last major release was 'The Mister' in 2019, which deviated from the 'Fifty Shades' universe but still carried her signature romantic drama style.

Fans have been speculating about a potential return to the 'Fifty Shades' series or a completely new project, but so far, nothing concrete has been confirmed. E L James tends to keep her plans under wraps until she's ready to make a big splash. If you're craving something similar, I'd recommend checking out 'Bared to You' by Sylvia Day or 'Beautiful Bastard' by Christina Lauren, which offer that same blend of steamy romance and emotional intensity.
