Xander greeted Enzo who was in a blue short sleeve shirt and a pair of blue jeans that reaches above his ankles, and a pair of white Mike sneakers, his right wrist adorned with black bracelets. "Hey bro, I almost thought you fell into the toilet," Zion joked. "Shut up... I was having a great time," Enzo answered with a dreamy smile. "Ughh... Please don't give me the details," Zion groaned in disgust as he drank his vodka in one go. "Of course, you wouldn't want to hear about it, you've been living like a priest for the past six months... I wonder how you breathe, if it was me, I would go crazy," Enzo said, muttering the last part before sipping on his whiskey.

“I didn’t.” “So,” I asked him, suddenly becoming the confused one, “did you come back from the dead or something?” “Of course not,” he said. “But you just told me you didn’t survive,” I said, glaring at him for trying to make a fool out of me. He was contradicting himself and confusing me at the same time. “I, Enzo, never die,” he said. “Even if I do, it’s just for a moment. I come back to life.”

“My car is still on repair honey.” He falls on his knees and bawls dramatically. “I can take you to the beach.” Erden proposes as he enters the kitchen, his face clean and dry. That guy really has the most prominent facial features. I give a small smile, thanking him for his sweet intention. Happily, Eren immediately gets up and runs to Erden. “That’s why he is my favourite.” He hugs his legs and turns to stick his tongue at me. Erden gives me a proud smile, ruffling Eren’s hair.

His face was as unreadable as always, but something in the way his head tilted slightly toward me told me he was taking in my silence, my awe, my overflowing emotions.
