High-backed and carved from pale ash wood, its etched with runes, binding and eternal. Eris herself is a study in quiet authority. Draped in a dark robe that whispers against the floor as she moves, her demeanour is serene. But her dark eyes, honed by centuries, flicker with a power that makes even the bravest hesitate. She smells faintly of sage and lavender, a grounding presence in the tension-heavy room. Her face is unreadable, but her stillness is deceptive; every tilt of her head, every narrowing of her gaze, is calculated, dissecting the room with precision. None of their stares weigh on me the way Cade’s does.

“We’ve got a lot to fill you in on, but the short of it is that I’ve found our Luna, Julian found his mate, and Blood Moon is more corrupt than we expected. We’ll have a full meeting once my mate is settled into a room. Doc Theo has her now. She was badly beaten and abused when we found her.” His eyebrows drew together as he frowned. It was clear that he didn’t like what he heard, but I’m not surprised by that. But then, Shekynah showed up asking if she could join them, Sein of course was happy to meet someone aside from his sister, but then of all the sudden Eris went quiet and was just staring at them busy introducing themselves, It turns out Shekynah was a 3rd degree cousin of Eris and that they actually know each other and would occasionally play around whenever they meet. I said, and the door opened, revealing Eris dressed fully in his warrior attire. "My lady," He bowed. "Preparations have been made discreetly for your journey as you've instructed."

Eris replies. 137 centimeters tall, Eris's mom takes careful steps and grips her son's sturdy arm. Long grayed hair is braided down her back. Adorned with daisies to match her Spring dress. Soon, the blindfold is removed and his mother gives the brightest smile. -- The last fleck of golden light disappears on the horizon. Echoes of festive music, laughter, and a puppy's playful yip reach Cole's window. Unintentionally, her mind drifts into a pleasant memory.
