Fabled Webs Novels & Stories

John was optimistic but it wasn't enough to keep them still, the quivering sound of one of the campers was a signal that it was only a matter of seconds before everything went South for them. "Gary... I know you are frightened but please for your sake and the rest of us do not do anything stupid." John said trying to manage the whole situation and it was too late, the long claws of a beastly creature had slized through someone's flesh. The creature was huge with animalistic features of a wolf it's eyes a shiny red that was visible through the dark. It stood tall with the upper half of it's body widely intimidating and they all looked like ants before him. Their eyes went slowly to look at Ga

Simple yet tasking. Jeremy Cooper Finding out his mate is a thirteen year old isn’t exactly what he was imaging but he had to make it work because the Moon Goddess is never wrong. Reuben Anderson A thirteen year old who is too mature and good willed for his age. He wasn’t meant to find his mate but he somehow did and has to live with it.

Still, he didn’t blame her, there were similarities in the dressing of both kingdoms, and Liines was the closer of the two. A piece of cloth hanging from one side of the carriage covering a part of the sticks of bread held the insignia of the kingdom of Verizholt. The well-crafted drawing of the eight legged arachnia of the outwor… eatherworld, he amended. The creature was famous for the textile strength and flexibility of its webs and feared for its unreasonable size as compared to the arachnids native to the world. Craftsmen over the years had tried and failed to weave the webs into something wearable for the sake of protection in times of war. Worsening the blow of such failures was the f

I go through the company database on the wereweb, to see who has coders and then I can go from there. The wereweb is kind of like the darkweb, you need to know how to get there, but once there it’s the same as the normal internet, just meant for the wolf/Lycan community. There's the vampweb, faeweb, superweb etc. As cool as superweb sounds it is literally just where all species can converge and interact together. The only interesting places to go there are the chats though, lots of drama, don’t need a telenovela when you have access to that site! The biggest difference is the fact that, as far as I am aware, there is very little in the way of iniquitous intentions on there.

“But it’s there.” Watson stepped forward again, reading the same section, his expression darkening slightly as he recognised the tactic immediately. “He is attempting to establish a narrative,” Watson said. “Not for this motion, but for Friday.” Raymond’s hand tightened slightly at his side. “He thinks he can weaken her credibility before the hearing even starts.” “Yes,” Watson replied calmly. A pause. “And that is exactly why this will backfire.” Tricia looked at him. “Backfire?” she repeated. Watson nodded once.

They showed them their archives, where tapestries depicted not just their own story, but the stories of countless worlds, all connected by the weave. “Magic is a web,” the lead weaver said, gesturing to a giant tapestry that covered an entire wall. “Your world, ours, others—we’re all part of it. When one grows stronger, we all do. When one falters, we feel it.” They smiled at Ellie. “The echo in her palm strengthened the web, making this meeting possible.”

One triplet tells Nathan. Frederick gets to his feet, not allowing him to continue. “Your Majesty. Wolves are amazing creatures and are very strong. They will have their place in this fight. But Millicent is magically powerful. I’m not even sure. With all the power in this room, we can defeat her.” “Why are you not sure? You’re a seerer, aren’t you?” Nathan asked him curiously. I hear someone sucking in a breath. I assume it’s Anabelle who quickly leaves the room. Merida and Ellie go after her.

“Excuse my language but – what a fucking pussy!” A startled laugh bursts out of me, but I quickly stifle it when Alex and Rob look over. The warmth of validation fills my chest as I nod along, loving having someone to rant to. “That’s what I think! I feel like I should be happy with what I got, but I was raised on Shakespeare adaptations and shitty chick flicks, and I just want more.”

Jared revealed, Aghogho giggled, he took one step towards Jared, “Are you talking about the history book of the Beast kingdom written by a so called ancient Forest Nymph, where the Beast in the bottomless hole is located? See you. It was all a lie, the stories, Dragons, the Beast in the bottomless hole. They are all fables we say to our cubs at moonlight stories.” “Are we? Are we fables?!” Jared asked. Aghogho groaned suddenly his appearances changed as he grew bigger, wilder and hairier, his nails grew sharper and his canine teeth also as he thudded towards Jared.

I said calmly and Nadine shivered. “In that forest we were looking for the grimoire of my dreams,” Nadine said carefully. “I felt the power of the magic notebook, but it was minimal and the location was fuzzy. I don't know if that means anything, but the truth is that none of us were able to use its powers.” At that moment, I saw Aris's eyes widen sharply. “You saw the Fairy Wasteland,” my friend said and Nadine frowned. “That doesn't exist; it's not real,” Nadine replied defensively. “It's just part of a story that—”
