Okay, have a good day and don’t forget, the offer is still on the table… you have my card.” he said, as I escorted him out of the hotel to his car. I watched him drive off, as I waved him goodbye. I checked into my room and collapsed on the bed after arranging my things in the wardrobe. To think I didn't even know where I was going to lay my head when I left home. God was really wonderful.

"And pick nine cards," I pick nine cards as she told me to and she brought it up, one by one. I didn't know what to ask, so I let myself say the first thing that came to my mind. "Is there any chance she'll choose me?" Her hand stops at the eighth card, with a brief frown, she began, "Your bad choices lead you to an unfortunate destiny. Gentleman, there is no happy ending in the path of greed." She picks up the last card and shows it to me. "Three of swords, that person possesses a different string of fate with you. Not being able to accept this- you will and will always end up in despair."

"If you really want to know, then I will tell you something." He waited for me to say something, but I only stared at him. At last, "Your boys won't die. At least not for now. If they would, I would have received their death cards, but I didn't. All the cards for every month comes in the last day of the previous month, and they only come to me. I haven't received a card on them, so they are not fated to die." Jason said and stared at me as the color in my face returned. My eyes grew wide and I finally made myself comfortable in the hard chair.

The night grows deeper and the only sounds in the room continues to be their contineous moans and groans together with their heavy breaths. Black meant vamp, golden yellow meant were, white meant fae, occasionally it would be a mix of those colors signifying a hybrid. I took a deep breath to steady myself and stood, making my way to her.
