You’d think more people would be hesitant to find their fated mates, considering what happened to the previous generation, but I guess the possibility of eternal love and happiness clouds peoples’ rationality. The last two months, Vinny’s pack, The Forza Nelle Tenebre, aka Forza Pack, and Dare’s pack, The Running River Pack, have taken turns hosting full moon runs. A bunch of my pack members have traveled to these events and about fifty of them found their fated mates within the other packs. Small fuckin’ world, right?

Honestly, I was not well-versed on all of the different Gods. I knew of some through all of the connections that we had made over the years. That should definitely change soon though. It seemed that the Gods were becoming more involved as the years passed because they were trying to right the wrongs committed by their creations. ‘Are you talking about the Goddess of Fate? Isn’t her name Fiora or something?’ Faye nodded her head to my questions and sighed.

“He thinks he's my fated mate or something.” Nancy choked on her coffee, spluttering slightly. “Seriously?” I rolled my eyes. “I know, right? I’ve been waiting years for my fated mate, and when the mysterious son of Kiran Cadelyn comes into play and helps me one time, he assumes he’s my mate.” Her eyes squinted, “Well…I kind of had a feeling about that, too, Sets.” My eyebrows furrowed in confusion. Did we do something I can’t remember?

I am glad I realised the truth before it was too late and my fate was changed forever...” His gaze fell upon me, a look of need within his eyes. I shook my head. “No, it hasn’t.” I whispered. Mum smiled. “Fate knew what it was doing. Hate never stood a chance…”

I am sorry for not being there and for not being able to tell you anything. I was so happy when you called me dad. I was waiting for that day but unfortunately, I will not be there to see my little girl turn into a lady. I wish I will be there to correct my mistakes and make amendments but I just hope you will forgive me. You know, we all have roles to play in this life but we decided which role to play. we are all protagonist in our movie and also an antagonist to others. The first day I saw you, I knew that something great was coming but I couldn't place a hand on it.

Alsie smirked. Sylvia held out her hands, Alsie placed her hand in one of them and Declan did the same. Sylvia closed her eyes and chanted her words under her breath. After a few seconds Sylvia’s eyes opened and she looked between Alsie and Declan. “The bond is true. Fated.” Declan sighed a sigh of relief, a smile creeping across his face. “Your turn little brother.”

The kids stepped down to their dads waiting for their next call. Noah turned to Benjamin, holding his hands. He felt all nervousness disappeared the moment he saw into black orbs. The smile on Benjamin's lips was enough to blow all the fears away. Benjamin was feeling the same. The moment he held Noah's hand was the moment when he gained all his confidence back. He was ready to welcome the life with happiness. They turned to the preist once before starting to begin their vows.

Ruth`s POV It stung a little when Ethan cut the palm of my hand with the knife and then he handed the knife to me and held him out. I dragged the knife across the palm of his hand before handing it back to the elders. I grabbed his hand that I cut with mine as the elders started the ceremony to bond us as Alphas` of the pack.
