This time closer. The air felt like it was vibrating. I could hear bullets whizzing past — not close enough to hit us, but close enough to feel like the air itself was being torn. My breath came in short, shallow gasps. Fear pressed against my chest like a physical weight. And then— The sky changed. At first, it was just a distant roar. Low. Heavy. Like thunder that didn’t belong to the weather. I looked up instinctively. Two dark shapes tore across the sky.

An inky, poisonous, mass of evil that was consuming the entire space. Shaking my head, I took a half-step back. Seeing Sky’s source of evil had been scary but it was so controlled that I wasn’t scared. This thing was free and I felt terror seep into me. If this thing touched me, I would probably lose my soul. Somehow, thought, it was making such a ruckus that it wasn’t acknowledging the foreign soul. Or it didn’t see me all together. Either way, I did not plan to stick around to find out. I was so far out of my league that I didn’t know if this would even be within Sophie and Fiona’s power.

Dark creatures were flying around the blood-red moon. With wings, they looked terrifying like deformed birds. And they shrieked. Sending shivers down Fea's spine.

She growled. I couldn't understand why she was doing that. The hairs at the back of my name pricked up and I felt it. Fear. “Atlas,” I said his name in fear. I wanted to call them Champagne but we can't name them Champagne because they're not made in Champagne, a place in Italy. The grey clouds surprised me, I have astraphobia. Keya P.O.V So we go to the Sky Trek Tower and it’s super fun! I’ve known that I’m not afraid of heights for a long time now. But it seems that some of my fam are.
