Rendezvous

Her eyes widened in horror. Whooossh, a sudden wind filled her ears, and she heard a loud pop. The side of her head filled with a sharp pang. Jade tumbled over, landing on her hip and arm. Her elbow had scraped against the pavement, causing her to wince. There were footsteps, but she couldn't tell the direction they were coming from because her head was throbbing and her right ear was ringing.

Couldn’t have asked for a better ending! It was definitely a little slow to get going - the first like 25 chapters seemed to drag on, but once it picked up, it was very intriguing and well written. Recommend reading - good job author!

this is such a good book! so well written and the storyline kept me enthralled. I wish more people would recognize this author!! I've been having a hard time finding a book worthy of coins and keeping my attention. this one did both.

WHEN THEY FALL

WHEN THEY FALL

" His eyes traveled from my bandaged feet, up to the slits on my dress, his eyes lingered there as his lips tugging upwards. I snapped my fingers in front of his eyes . He shook his head, clearing his throat, "Damn Bella, that dress." "Perv," I stated smacking his arm. He just shrugged ignoring me, taking my foot in his hands caressing it slowly sending tingles on my thigh. "What are you doing?" I asked withdrawing my foot but he only tightened his grip. "It's called PDA," Rita whispered in my ear. "Huh?" I asked half distracted. "Public display of affection," she translated.

When the moon fell

When the moon fell

Rylan smiled. “Because I know someone who’s too stubborn to give up.” “Who?” “The grumpy Alpha.” Despite everything, Nova couldn’t stop the small smile that tugged at the corner of her mouth. “Yeah…” She looked out the cafeteria window. “I’ve noticed.” Without warning, a deafening alarm blared throughout the compound. A long, piercing siren echoed off the fortress walls. Nova flinched violently, instinctively covering her ears. “What the hell is that?” Every conversation in the cafeteria stopped.

Falling for the Setup

Falling for the Setup

He quickly averted his eyes and suddenly wished that he were deaf so he didn't have to hear what he'd just heard. "Aren't you wary of me at all?" Leo asked with a click of his tongue. Archer answered ambiguously, "Gavin told me you were straight." Leo couldn't deny that. He used to think that he was straight, too. He fell silent after that, listening to the sounds of the shower in the bathroom instead. Leo just couldn't calm himself down. He couldn't get rid of the mental image that was already conjured in his head, either. Leo gulped softly, his Adam's apple bobbing slightly, as he continuously muttered under his breath like a mantra, "I am straight. I am straight…"

Falling for Danger

Falling for Danger

I decided to leave my room and take a walk around the house to clear my head some more. As I rounded a corridor, I heard muffled voices coming from the room beside where I stood. It was a dark corridor so I decided to follow the sound of the muffled voices. As I got closer, I could make out some sentences. ‘Not that bad’ the first voice said. ‘Doesn’t mean I like her either. She's too vulnerable,’ another voice said. I could recognize that voice. It was Jillian’s voice. I stopped right outside the door. ‘Well son, you'll have to teach her our ways’ the first voice said. It sounded like Joseph.

The Fallen Angel

The Fallen Angel

A few students gawked, not quite believing that the sunshine boy would take up a fight, much less beating the crap out of them. Nathan didn't care about anything at the moment. His head was spinning with anger, blood ringing in his ears. He felt like his being was drowning. Nathan saw himself in Timothy's place, struggling to survive. The boy focused ahead when he felt the warmth around him disappear. His vision captured Timothy pulling a tall man towards him. Whatever the younger said didn't reach Nathan's ears. All he could feel was his ears pounding, body on the verge of giving up. His sight blurred with hot tears, skin tingling when a tender touch rested against his cheek. Nathan tried t
