Torn between the Alpha and Vampire Lord

Torn between the Alpha and Vampire Lord

Amelia's POV There was a book that I read once that said that it had taken only one push for the lead protagonist to fall into insanity and become the antagonist. I was only fifteen then and that was before Cassius banned Elizabeth from giving me books to read. Something about giving me wings to fly and him needing to make sure that they were clipped. Why was I remembering that book? It was because I was sure, without a shadow of doubt that I was going insane. I didn't know how to explain it to even myself but I was certain that what was happening to me was not normal.

Just read the first chapter. My heart ached for poor Amelia ... I hope things will come out better for her soon. And Cassius!!! Though he aggravated me, I feel like he's the ML! If he is, I hope he is not too atrocious to her.

Hello guys… Thanks for checking out this story. Mad plot twists, cliffhangers and of course heartbreaking scenes are all in the book. I mean what’s love is you aren’t hurt? Anyways, thank you very much once again. I love you all 3-3-2023

Stockholm Syndrome: His Prisoner

Stockholm Syndrome: His Prisoner

I went into one of the open rooms and surprisingly, it was some sort of study/library. “I didn’t know psychopaths could read.” I muttered to myself, and maybe he didn’t actually read, maybe he was one of those many pretentious people who liked to look like they read a lot and just let the books collect dust. I walked in further and took a look at the clutter of books on the shelves – all boring, I realised. My face fell when I kept coming across books that were written in Italian and the rest was just government nonsense. If I couldn’t find a book to read, I would find me a pen and paper. It had been years since I drew something, and I was definitely rusty, but it could keep me busy amidst t

I walk around the stacks. There are a ton of witchy looking books and Finn and Randy start going through those, while everyone else starts at different places around the room. I think it’s more shock than anything as I make no move to touch a single thing in here. It all looks like it’s exactly where it’s supposed to be and chaotic minds organization. There are things here that have to be centuries old.

It’s a good book. I just hope it doesn’t drag on with so many chapters. It has a lot of typos but you don’t notice them unless you looking because you’re so into the story. The grammar police are in the comments though.

it's a good book and I'd like to introduce my own book it's called "The Startegist and the Prince" by Dan blessing, plus it's a mafia romance so if you're a mafia romance fan I suggest you at least read it and see if you like it.

Satisfied that romance was no longer forcing itself into the focus, I could work on the plot points of each book. My MC is a smart ass mom (like me) with a mental illness (like me, specifically we both have a dissociative disorder,) and my villain is a smart ass femme fatale who knows how to get around her obstacles and NOT talk about her schemes. This book will hopefully represent mental illness in a way that those without can understand. We aren't dangerous or crazy, just mentally worn down past the point of being able to handle it much more. Thanks for listening to my blabber, now, to the show!

The Haunted's Kiss of Regret and Repentance

The Haunted's Kiss of Regret and Repentance

Izzy was just quiet as she listened to me as I spoke while giving her the books to pile in the boxes. "We're rich, Izzy, but no money could help me escape Rian or my mind. We tied therapy a few times before Rian, but they never worked. They only made me wore, because I feel like I can't breathe on my own," I looked at the book in my hand and it was one of my favorite books, The samurai game by Christine Feehan. "These books," I whispered as a tear fell from my eyes, "they need to go. I need to face my reality, and these books are preventing me from doing it," Izzy stood up and hugged me.

He must get to the supermarket to pick up the stuff Claire wanted, but for now, he had to keep focused, otherwise he wouldn’t get his work done. Alex pulled out his laptop, sat back at his desk and made a space in the center of the pile of books and handwritten notes. The amount of material he found on the history of Victorian asylums had surprised him. He was amazed at the speed at which these institutions had sprung up in almost every town. Not only in Britain but America too, followed by other parts of the empire such as Canada, Australia, and India. Like medical mass hysteria. Nothing prepared him for the tales of how the mentally ill were treated in the eighteenth and nineteenth centuri

Holding my knees close to my chest I start sobbing "We're here," the lady says opening the car door for me. Looking out it's a tall building that reads Florence mental facility confused I follow the lady in "What's a mental facility" she doesn't answer me. The place is cold everyone here is wearing white. We turn into a passage filled with doors. These doors have big locks. She stops to smile sweetly at me, she opens the door on the far end and ushers me to walk in. Walking in I look around there's a single bed, a TV, and coloring books

The Billionaire's Outrageous Addiction

The Billionaire's Outrageous Addiction

"I'm glad you do. But I must tell you this; it's going to be hard. It's not going to be easy. You'd feel like bailing and you'd feel like a shitty person. We all are at a point in our lives before we heal. So when you come the day after tomorrow, I want you to come with every baggage you can carry and we will offload as much as we can to make you feel lighter by the time you return home, okay?" I nodded. She picked a book and handed it over to me. "This is a book I wrote last year: The Abstractness of The Mental. I give it out for free to my patients as I like to call you all." I laughed and nodded before looking down at the book. It had a glossy feeling to it and a picture of the brain and

It was cluttered with books and materials of all sorts. Several opened books were scattered on the computer table, with red marks and notes scrawled across the pages. Someone had been studying very hard there. Nathan slowly walked over and flipped through the books. Psychology? He frowned as he took in the room. He saw a lot of books on the shelf that didn't belong to him. His gaze was locked on the titles. "Best Ways to Handle Toxic People". "The Key to Overcoming Nasty People" "Foundations of Psychology" Nathan's lips curled slightly as a smirk played on his face.

The story between Chubs and Nate got pretty dragging but I can't complaint, since I did end up loving this novel more than I thought I would. Halfway through 1088 chapters, things got more interesting and the ending was pretty good. Thanks for making the stories worth reading.

I really like the book, i've been stuck on it since i've found it .. it's just that the chapters are too short, it's basically a money grab... irritating that you can't read for at least 2-5 mins without having to pay for a new chapter.

Revenge After Divorce

I opened windows and at that time it was cold, but I couldn’t suffocate myself with her stench. So, I drove as fast as I could to the facility. It was one of the facilities my company owned. It’s for the rich who suffer from mental illness. It’s private because they don’t want the public to know about their loved ones losing their minds. I got it though because there were many prominent figures there who lost their minds and suffer from depression due to extreme stress situations. When I got there, they took her inside but not without a fight. She was kicking and screaming calling me a liar.

I am still confused. In this newest chapter 329 it’s mentioned that Nick is falling for Lupita but in chapter 26 Lupita is described as a nice old lady. Why would a young man like Nick be interested in an old woman?

Please update the next chapter or chapters soon. It has been almost a week since the last update. I’ve really enjoyed reading this book and I’ve been reading it for a while now. The only thing I haven’t enjoyed is having to wait so long for the next chapter to be updated sometimes. 5-Star by me ...️!!
