The people at the inn will notice that something is wrong. I understood what it meant when I saw Ryson drinking blood from that maid. Feeding on humans. On weak people. I had read too many books, watched too many movies, heard too many stories about myths and legends, liked fiction very much. Where humans and vampires didn't get along. Most stories ended in romance, hate, war and death. I wondered how my story will be like seeing that my life is now twisted with these creatures. Vampires. Just saying the name creeps me out. Chills running up and down my spine like waves on the sea.

The tension between Vampires and werewolves reached their breaking point at the news of Leah's death. I gasped as the book snapped shut just under my nose. "What are you doing?" Jax stared at me, putting the book away so it was beyond my reach. "Educating myself on a little history." I smiled sheepishly, making a mental note to return and get the book. His eyebrows rose annoyingly high. "On the origins of the Vampire poison? That's not just any history Felicity, especially considering what has happened today. It's been unattainable for over thirty years, so don't even think about it."

Then, the night was filled with darkness, home to the creatures of the night. I had heard the phrase creatures of the night refer to animals like wolves, owls, bats, and so on, but also to vampires. I frowned and opened the book on the history of vampires, but when I opened it, I couldn’t read it. The script wasn’t of any language I had ever seen. The pages were much older than the book on the Moon Goddess. I turned it over to look at the back cover. There was no bar code there. There wasn’t one on the front cover, either.

The ghost asked casually, while appearing to be pacing the floor. "What? Like the human who turns into a giant man-wolf during a full moon?" Miranda demanded, but she didn't let the ghost answer, "yeah I've heard about it. So much so that people write books about young girls falling in love with them, and those books have so much smut, its ridiculous." Miranda laughed. It was now the ghost's turn to send Miranda a deadpan look. "What?" Miranda asked when she noticed the look. "And what do you think of vampires?" The ghost continued to quiz.

They each held a silver goblet, each one filled with a white liquid. In the center stood a single vampire, a man with a long silver beard and piercing green eyes. Seeing the stack of books piled up high on top of the table I knew I had found the right table. “Alec, I think we should go look in the kitchen. No one is back here.” Savenia said. “That my dear is where you are drastically wrong.” Once we reached the back table I watched as Savenia looked at several of the titles of the books piled on top. “History of the Werewolves. Psychology of the Paranormal. Ancient Greek Mythology. Witches and their Divine Power. Fae and the Woodland Creatures. The History of Dracula and the Vampire Methodology. Werebears and Shifters of all Kinds. Whoaaa. Those are some serious titles. I wonder who checked all these books, then lifted them here.” Savenia said.

He enlightened her. "Breed? There are breeds? Aren't you all the same?" Adrianna was dumbfounded to know that vampires have different breeds. He got up and went to grab a book from his shelves, and hand a heavy book to Adrianna. "This will help you because I am not good at explaining things and facts." Said Alaric. Her palms touched the cover of the book which looked antique and royal. She read the title 'Vamoose', called Vampire in latin. "You didn't tell me you have kids." Alaric asked her.
