She dry-cleaned all her dirty clothes and got rid of the ones she never wore, but she just took up space in her closet, cleaned her room, and slumped herself on the bed to read a few magic books. Time went by so quickly, and she didn’t know how she ended up falling asleep. She was awakened by a loud knock on the door and someone calling her name. She rubbed her eyes, stretched lazily, and dragged her feet toward the door. She met Kelvin standing at the door with a bouquet of flowers in his hands and an apologetic smile on his face. "Harriet, I just wanted you to know that I am sorry." "I never meant to be a shy friend, okay?" He apologized, walking in.

(Harper’s POV) “I’m sorry, what now?” I stared at Harry, dumbfounded. He flicked through some more pages of the book and then turned it to face me. I apprehensively looked down at the book. The page was titled “Bloodline” and there was a picture of a wicked-looking blade down one side. The writing was a little faded and handwritten, but despite all that, it felt so familiar and I could read it, like it was something I had read a thousand times before.

I felt satisfied with what I was holding and took it out of the closet with me so I could wear it for dinner. After I was done picking out my outfit I decided to go back to the black book that my teacher gave me and try to see if I could teach myself a spell. I held the book in my hand for a few seconds before finally opening it. I could feel a small smile on my face when the book opened easily. When I looked inside the book I saw that there was one spell on the first page of the book. I could feel a frown replace the smile on my face. I couldn’t understand why the spell Shadow was the first thing I had to learn. What does it even do?

“Can’t have a notebook without a pen.” “Will you read a chapter to me?” Caitlyn asked. “Before you go to see the others?” “Of course,” Chloe said, reaching for the book. “Now lie back and get comfortable.” Chloe cleared her throat dramatically and then opened the cover of the book. “Harriet the Spy. Chapter one. ‘Harriet was trying to explain to Sport how to play Town.’”

I said to him in walking around his room, I turned my head to him in waiting for an answer and he quickly shook his head from one side to another. So he hadn't any family members. But from disgust smell, I smelled something else. He had drugs there, he kept them in a book. I went by the bookshelf and took the third book. "Harry Poter? Are you for real?" He kept in a children's tale drugs. Pages were cut in the middle of a book and placed drugs instead. He paled from my question maybe he was afraid that I liked his book and he destroyed what I like. No, I didn't like this nonsense, but... I shook my head in thinking drop it, Jack.

My brows deepened as I heard something strange. Something like a murmur of someone with words that were beyond my comprehension. Sorcery? Could it be a witch who got me and imprisoned me in this place? My senses sharpened, desperate to know more—hoping I could talk to the culprit and make a deal with him or her to get out of this place. But the question is, are they willing to listen?

He said. “I have one but it’s already chapter one.” I said hesitantly. “Read it for me, please…” *Cataclysm Chapter 01 I'm walking on the hallway of the school to pay the books I need. It makes me feel uneasy. ---

The words, ‘Property of Ismene’s Library’, were stamped on the very first page. I jumped right in, reading about a seemingly ordinary girl thrust into a strange game of magic, trickery, and mayhem. She’d just boarded a train to some far away land when my eyes began to grow heavy. I continued skimming the book, but the words became choppy as my exhaustion grew. The girl had taken some potion that sent her spiraling into a magic-induced dream. My eyes fell shut as she plummeted off a cliffside, only to snap open when Draco entered the room.
