It was like I had entered a different zone. Everything looked just the same but something was different. I couldn’t put a finger on what it was. I gave up trying to find what it was and sat on the swing. The intriguing story about King Rolland kept me glued to the book. His courage, his conquests were extraordinary. I finally reached the part I had been desperate to read about. The chapter was titled, ‘The first meeting of Audrey and Vanessa’. The sound of a rock moving distracted me. Sweeping my eyes around I tried to figure out what had moved but everything appeared to be in its respective place.
