Flames Frame Novels & Stories

My battered flesh suit couldn't contain the flames anymore, and unleashed them in a dome of swirling flame. All of that heat--every ember, every flame. It was being ripped from the very cells it had charred, from the muscle and nerves it had devoured. A lightshow of reds, oranges, and yellows danced behind my eyes. Even the Game Master's brother had been ripped away, blasted into the far wall where he twitched and spasmed. Pieces of his clothing burned away, continuing to devour the dry fabric.

He said. “Hmm…” I hummed as I blushed listening to him. “At that moment I was hit with inspiration and wrote a song about you. It needs more work to reach perfection but do you wanna hear it?” he asked me. “Okay,” I said excitedly. “What’s the title?” I asked him. “It’s called, ‘You are my FLAME’.” He answered with a smile watching me getting all excited. “What does that mean?” “Well, FLAME is an acronym. Each word denotes something.” Grabbing my hand and spreading my fingers with his.

I envy her sometimes, just a slither of her confidence might have changed how my world just got turned upside down on me. “Who’s ready for shots!” Freya slides a tray with eight shots on it onto our table. My eyes fly to her and go wide. I am the world’s biggest light weight, I hardly drink on a normal girls night out let alone take shots! What on earth is she trying to do to me! “Easy girl” Freya says as she eyes me with a wicked grin and evil laugh. “It’s just two shots, nothing crazy you’ll be fine!” I absolutely was not fine.

The flame pulsed in response—almost like it agreed. Phineas leaned back, watching me with that same unsettling calm, as if he’d seen a hundred people do this before—and yet, none of them mattered. “Sick? That’s one word for it,” he said, a hint of amusement in his voice. “But don’t let it make you careless. Fire listens, yes…but it can also turn on you faster than you can blink.” I flexed my fingers, and the flame arched higher, swirling like a living ribbon of gold. “Yeah, yeah,” I said, trying to sound casual while my heart hammered in my chest. “I’m not an idiot… mostly.”

Jacob umm— “You can trust me. Jason, remember me? We met a few days ago and if you really want to help Flames, you need to talk to me. How is it looking?” “It’s looking BAD. He was talking a while ago but now—his chest is moving but he’s still losing a lot of blood, what do I do?” “Stay on the line. I’ll get Snakes and hey don’t worry he’s not gonna die. Flames’ built differently than the rest of us, he’ll make it”

However, it was understandable, since a man like Frank already enjoyed fame and the company of countless beauties. All his desires were met, aside from his insatiable inner child. With that in mind, Lofty nodded. "Whoever they are, their luck really ran out when they bumped into a powerhouse like you. They should just watch out for the rest of their lives and stay as far away as possible." Frank chuckled and snapped his fingers. Flames appeared over his palm, and he threw it nonchalantly at the temple, quickly setting it ablaze.

Meanwhile, in another part of town, Mel was scrolling through her social media feed when a picture of Xavier and Davina on a romantic date caught her eye. They were sharing a candlelit dinner at a charming restaurant, smiles lighting up their faces. The caption read, "Date night with my love ❤️." Mel's anger flared instantly, but beneath that anger was a deep sense of determination. She had once been Xavier's girlfriend, and their breakup had left wounds that had never fully healed. Seeing Xavier with Davina, seemingly in love, ignited a fiery ambition in Mel.

Seeing the young Flamenie Bird still unsure, Gideon reiterated what he had told Tonitrui Eagle, "You'll have complete freedom with me. I won't restrict you. Staying with me will allow you to grow quickly." He added, "Heavenly flame? I possess more than just one." Earthcore Flame and netherflame also made their appearance. The young Flamenie Bird couldn't resist any longer and nodded its red head, though it hesitated as it glanced back at Flame Mountain, clearly reluctant to leave.
