I heard Phelan in the forest before I saw him and that's something new for me. “Oh, Brandon was right, you're a Winter Wolf.” Flora steps back and drops to her knees; she bows herself forward so low that her chest presses into the concrete and her forehead scrapes across the ground. “Flora, what the hell are you doing?” I crouch down and reach out for her. I can’t quite reach her but she lifts her head to look me in the eyes. I have no words to describe the look on her face; I think it might be awe but that doesn’t feel quite right.

The letter didn't have a header and it didn't say from who it was either. It's the wind, can't you hear it? The sound is melodic, almost a whisper. Little by little, the voice turns brittle. Drop after drop, the tears don't cease to stop. The tune itself surrounds her, and like a spell her thoughts drown in the well. A soft murmur caresses her petals that are so thin, the light in her eyes slowly turning dim. The sigh of defeat makes the whistling howls of the wind freeze. Everything stops just as the rose falls.

And then Knight whispered, ‘Caleb, look up. The blossom was dying. It fell from the trees, falling slowly, sadly, to the earth. I froze, a sob building in my chest as I watched the petals twirl to the ground. The once-green buds beside them withered, turning brown and drying out before they, too, tumbled down. A snowflake landed on my nose. It melted as it touched my skin. Another fell, then another. It was snowing again. It was snowing again. I fell to my knees. The moss was shrivelling up; I hit hard stone.

The field, full of different flowers and the snow falling on top, made it look like everything was a scene straight from a romance movie.

I whispered, focusing on the colorful bush. Something strange happened. The flowers separated and began to flutter upward, like butterflies taking flight. It was beautiful. Once all of the flowers left the bush, the branches looked stark, empty, like a barren tree in the deep of winter. Alarmed, I wondered why the flowers had abandoned it. The petals continued rising and headed toward me. Astonished, I tilted my head to keep watching. A bubble-gum pink flower fell onto my arm. I shook it, trying to get it to drop, but it wouldn't budge.

~ Collins pov~ Immediately after the tour,we went to our different homes,I made sure Flora was out of sight before following her. Am tired of all the crap going on,flora and this school.All the student blood especially Flora's makes me want to feast. I am only transferred to this because of what I intend to collect from Flora,just a little if her blood can do wonders. it can improve the strength of any vampires,it can heal a wounded wound. At the center of the glade stood a single, enchanting Moonflower, its petals shimmering with a magical glow. The flower radiated a power that seemed to pulse with life, its light casting a mesmerizing aura over the entire glade.

We sat at the bench and looked at the beautiful scenery just infront of us. A garden full of beautiful flowers. I can even smell their scents. How I wish I was just a flower. Doing nothing but just sway and impress humans by its captivating physical appearance and addicting smell. Even if I'm just the only flower in a certain area, I wouldn't feel lonely because I don't have emotions just like a human have. "I'm sorry, Marigold. But I think Neil is right.
