I muttered under my breath. “What’s unbelievable?” Ron asked from beside me, clearly amused. “Nothing,” I snapped. But it wasn’t nothing. It was everything. It was the way Parshav spoke like he was narrating a royal documentary, the way Siddh used his boxing champion status as a conversation starter, and the way Ron was encouraging all of it. As the conversation dragged on, I felt my patience getting thinner and thinner. Siddh was cracking jokes, Parshav was sharing more stories about his heroic medical exploits, and Ron was playing the perfect host, keeping me firmly on the sidelines.

" You got your unlucky ass fired on your first day of work," Julianne laughed at the sound of her own joke, Nelson was quiet and Julianne thought she had hit a nerve. It was loud and unrestrained, the kind of laugh you couldn’t stop even if you tried. “Are you serious right now?” I managed between bursts of laughter. “As much as I’d love to indulge your little fantasy—or should I say kink—you couldn’t be more wrong.” I wiped at the corner of my eye, still grinning. “Honestly, Nathaniel, you could write a bestselling novel with the nonsense you just spewed. Readers would eat it up because you’re that relatable in your delusions.”

That was the very least I could do after everything that I had put him through and all the stress that I had to make him endure it was strange that even though he was telling such a sad and terrible story he seemed to almost have his smile on his face, he seemed just a little bit too satisfied or was that really the word? He appeared contented I wasn't really sure how to describe it. If anybody was describing story and narrating it to anyone else they would be incredibly bitter but he wasn't bitter at at, all in fact, you would think that he was just narrating his days that were scary and happy but that was so far from the truth that it made me wonder if he even realized what he was actually

I looked at the left, Chuma, one of the school team footballers was narrating one of his long tales of how he single handedly took the ball from our team's side of the field to the opponent's, dribbling all and scored from outside-18 to whomever cared to listen, he did get some attention mostly from girls-obviously not because they believed him but because he's cute and popular.
