Today, she was free from all the tubes that had been wrapped around her body since yesterday. Her condition was much better. Maybe tomorrow, Hyomi could return to the villa and join the flight to Seoul after tomorrow. Suddenly, her eyes widened at the object hanging on the wall. It showed that it was September 22nd. To be precise, today was xD's day-out deadline. The clear liquid slid without permission across her full cheeks. Hyomi still found it hard to believe, that she had completely let down the entire staff especially the director who had given her great trust to lead the event.

" " The trip is for 3 days I should be back in time for us to catch up and possibly have our first date because we haven't had our first date since we started going out together and so probably not Sunday because there's a match going on and you need to present but one day it'll make it four days." 🦋 BENITA 🦋 This morning is exceptionally strange, even more so than the countless weird mornings before it. Today is the 25th of September, 2024, a day I absolutely refuse to accept. If only night could stretch on indefinitely and day could be cut short—or better yet, if there should be no day at all. I couldn’t help but think something terrible was going to happen, and deep down, I was preparing myself for it. No bad news was going to meet me unaware again.

Luna Eris scoffed. “I can’t help it,” I replied evenly. “I’m genuinely happy for Frederick and Tessa.” “Well,” Alpha Darius said, straightening. “It’s still five or six months away. No need to dwell on it now. But the invitation stands. You’re always welcome.” The rest of breakfast passed in a blur. My thoughts drifted forward, six months into the future. I imagined the Ashwood Pack, pup cries echoing through Alonso’s mansion, down the corridors of Frederick’s office, spilling into every corner of the territory.

I looked at my phone and there were no messages from anyone. The futures playing out before didn’t seem promising either. I got up, grabbing a long white band t-shirt, and some torn black jeans. I traveled to the showers, wanting to get in and out quickly, before everyone’s future plays out before me for the day. Thankfully, it seemed like most everyone was sleeping off their hangovers still. Everyone goes out and parties hard on Friday nights. I traveled back to my room, checking to see if anyone had messaged yet. I had no messages. I felt a slight pang in my chest as my future seemed lonely today. Did they all really forget this time?

I took the last sip and rose. "Alright Ma'am, is there anything else?" The manager asked. "Oh and one more thing, also add, the bills for everything that was broken tonight, the spilled food, drinks, the dry cleaning, scratch that, the replacement of her dress, and her psychological damage fee, to his bills." "Ma'am?" The manager asked, seriously confused about my order. "I want the receipt to be delivered with my wine on Monday. Is that okay with you, Sebastian?" I looked at him and he nodded.
