What is this? “It can´t be. You are blessed by the Blood Moon. Stay back! Don´t come any closer.”

I felt on equal footing with her as I reached the final stair, and turned back to see my people. “Citizens, residents, and visitors of Ceres,” Elizabeth declared, “Today marks the end of a time of uncertainty and a time for healing. Grieve today. Cry all your tears out. Curse fate until you are satisfied, for tomorrow, we start afresh. Tomorrow we will rebuild Ceres and Pasiphae from the ground up as our ancestors did generations ago. We will unite in the face of evil and we will prosper in the light of day!”

“Yes just one thing Alpha. This is one of the many gifts to you. We vow to protect you and your family forever.’ ‘I don’t even know what to say goddess.’ ‘You don’t have to say anything. Your actions and protection say everything to us. Thank you.’ ‘Thank you. It was an honor to serve as your guardian.’ ‘It will be our honor to protect you all.’ Sonya looks at Jake and smiles. In three days, the children in their wombs will return to normal." I paused, then added coldly, "But remember this, during those three days, they must not be injured or bleed. And they must not look into a mirror. Otherwise, the ghost infants can confuse their minds and consume them completely."

I don’t understand your decision sometimes but even in the end, you still consider me. “What about you? I can share with you that he has given me” “No. This profession that I attained, it was all because of him and this is the best gift I ever received and I’ll continue to offer my service even if he’s gone” “You’re kind and amazing” “He’s a blessing to everyone” “I know” You did great Dale. I smacked my lips, holding a weak smile. “That's all gone now. It's a new day.” He pulled me to himself all of a sudden. “Forgive me, please. I promise to act more responsibly from now on. I am sorry.” I chuckled against his chest, “It's okay. We are good now, and that is all that matters.” I assured. We finally reached the greenhouse, and I showed him the plants. “What's this?” Gael asked, pointing at an oddly shaped plant. “You will be surprised that it can heal any kind of poison consumption.”
