The competition was fierce, and the stakes were high—the losers had to do a dramatic reading of the most passive-aggressive email they’d received that week. "Hannah! You’re up!" Sarah pulled me toward the table. "You and me vs. the IT guys. Don't let the Velez reputation down!" The game was a blur of neon lights and splashing beer. For the first time in months, I wasn't thinking about landslides, search teams, or the heavy secret Ashton was carrying back to the island. I was just focused on the arc of a ping-pong ball. We were winning. Every time I landed a shot, the room erupted. The music shifted to a heavy, rhythmic beat, and the energy in the room spike

I breathed a sigh of relief. I observed him as he played games on his phone. "Fuck! Keegan, you're a jerk! "He yelled. I could hear a giggle over the phone. "I'm sorry, man, that was my fault," he apologized. "What are you playing?" I inquired. "Is that you, Nola? We're playing a game called Mobile Legends," Malcolm's response astonished me. They're taking part in that game? I was watching them when they lost the game and busted out laughing. My laughter grew louder when I noticed Aries frowning when he lost a star.

" What game ? I am not into your shitty games, Phet." " It's not shitty. I and Dae play this often to decide who will pay the bill. Anyway we are simply sitting here, right ? Let's play this until our order comes." " Oh..this kid ! Okay what game ?", Oak asked. " Blink game. Blink the eye game. We should stare into each other's eyes. The one who first blinks their eyes loses." " No no. I am not playing.", Oak immediately shook his head. " Why are you like this ?", Phet pouted looking at Oak and then crossed his arms.

In her entire life, since she became friends with Erna until their relationship took them to the next level, she never once found Erna playing a game on her smartphone. The only game on Erna's smartphone that she only knew was just a game of combining house objects called 'Merge Mansion'. A game that she thinks was pretty boring and did not provide great challenges like when she was playing Arena of Valor or the like, but Erna always talks about it as if it was the most fun game that the human race had to play in this world nowadays.

So the meeting was rescheduled the next day until I didn't feel pain in my bottom for me to be able to walk correctly. It's night, and we decided to play a game. I am sitting on my gaming chair and playing some of my favorite games Arthur bought for me. He also joined me to play this survival game called 'Valheim.' Right now, he is playing in his room while I am playing in my room, we communicate using an application called Discord — it's a free app that allows you to call, and chat if you have an internet. "Babe, I am going to farm some trees for us to build a house."

“It’s pretty simple when you have such an amazing product. Just wait until they see the one you’ve got coming.” She leaned into Noah’s chest, enjoying just being there, cradled by his arm. “Have you seen the new game, Maya?” Josh asked, his eyes sparkling with enthusiasm. “I haven’t. What’s it about?” “Oh, it is amazing,” Josh gushed. “It’s called Shifter Warrior.” She nodded, glancing at Noah from the corner of her eye. “Let me guess. Does the warrior change into animals?” “A panther!” Josh exclaimed. “How frickin’ cool is that?”

Louis and Michael were already present, arguing. “Man, I don’t know. We’ve been dewn’ this a long ass time. Why change now?” “What’s the matter?” Jon asked. Michael seemed triumphant, smirking at some hidden knowledge, “I’ve got a new game for us.” He held up a black box. Embossed in white letters on it was the name Dark Dungeons. A wicked gleam rolled through his eyes. “This is something else.”

I called out the names of the game displayed, "Fortnite, God of War, Destiny 2, FIFA 21, Mortal Kombat, Grand Theft Auto,... Mr Martinez, it sounds like a movie name." "I don't know any of the names you said." "I don't even know. Um, why don't we try basketball?" He sat on the chair and said, "There's a basketball game listed in the list?" "Yeah, it's something under the nba. Want to play?" "No, you'll win." I laughed and said, "I haven't played like this so I don't think I'll win. Don't worry." He stood and said, "Okay. Let's try that."
