Silently Falling

Silently Falling

Jake turned to look at me with concerned eyes, "what's wrong?" "I don't feel too good," I responded as I clutched my head with one hand and rubbed my temple. "I think I'm going to be sick or pass out." Colour drained from Jake's face as he helped guide me back to the parking lot instead. "You need some fresh air," he commented as he grabbed his phone and called someone. I could feel myself slowly slipping in-and-out of consciousness. "Stay with me Alexis, I've got you," he mumbled but his voice sounded too far away. I saw two silhouettes moving towards us before everything went black.

HIS POISONOUS POSSESSION

HIS POISONOUS POSSESSION

[The Abyss] The fall was not a scream; it was a sudden, violent silence. Gravity tore the breath from my lungs as I plunged into the dark, the silver briefcase clutched against my ribs like a cold, metal child. For a heartbeat, the world was only the whistle of the wind and the terrifying, red strobe of the proximity trigger on my wrist. Then, a weight slammed into me.

Her Reckoning

Her Reckoning

Kayla was on her other side, quiet and solid, one gentle hand resting on Emily’s shoulder, steady as stone. The Vipers filled the room — Grim at the head, Tank and Hawk leaning forward with dark eyes, Cherry braced in the doorway, smoke curling from her cigarette. And Ghost, pale and still, standing at the far end of the table, his shadow stretching long in the swing of the overhead bulb. Silence pressed in, thick enough to choke. No one spoke. They were waiting for Ghost. His pale eyes swept the table, then landed on Emily. For the first time, she saw the cracks — not weakness, but grief carved deep, the kind a man carried for decades.

Hiding His Heir: The Rejected Luna’s Return

Hiding His Heir: The Rejected Luna’s Return

was spreading, a cancer of the void that was eating the North from the inside out. They reached the Black-Glass Falls at the hour before dawn. The water wasn't falling; it was suspended in the air in frozen, jagged shards. In the center of the falls, a vortex of pure, liquid darkness was swirling, a gaping maw that led into the heart of the Creator’s realm. "This is it," Silas whispered. Lyra stepped toward the vortex. As she reached the edge, her hand brushed against Silas’s gauntlet. The "Mate Spark" flared again, more intense than before.

Bound by Blood: The Alpha's Forbidden Mate

Bound by Blood: The Alpha's Forbidden Mate

“You are smarter than you look, Giovanni. Yes… Gabrielle must bleed. Just a drop, and the seal breaks open. Then you will find your beloved Crystal waiting inside alive, for now.” I covered my ears, but it didn’t help. His voice was inside my head, crawling under my skin. . Giovanni caught me before I hit the ground. The ground seemed to spin under me. My eyes blurred, and everything around me sounded from a far distance. I tried to stand steady, but my legs shook. My hand slipped from the wall I used to support my body, and before I knew it, everything went dark as I fell. “Stay with me,” Giovanni whispered. His hand cupped the side of my face, keeping me awake. His wolf eyes burned gold, f

screamed Ghost in the doorway to the office. A shot rang out. It echoed off the walls. Out of the corner of her eye, Amber watched Ghost drop to the concrete floor only feet away. A trail of crimson seeped out from around him, reaching towards Amber. She was frozen. Muted. Her brain not working. But luckily Grayson reacted by knocking Amber flat against the floor, pinning her beneath his body as a hail of gunfire sprayed over their heads.

THE REJECTED LUNA’S FOUR KINGS

THE REJECTED LUNA’S FOUR KINGS

He didn't use a sentinel; he used Gravitational Ghosting. Suddenly, the weight of the falling stones tripled. A slab of marble that should have been easy to move became a crushing burden. The air in the plaza became thick with a "Static-Heaviness" that made every breath a struggle. The Spire began to glow with a sickly, dying violet light, trying to re-calcify the stone through sheer, entropic will. "THE BUILDING IS FIGHTING BACK!" Nathaniel screamed, pinned against a timber-frame by the sudden surge of gravity. "Emma, the Shadow is trying to make the Spires their own graveyards! He wants the collapse to be a massacre!"

Once Upon An Alpha

Once Upon An Alpha

I watched the darkness consume Greta until there was nothing left of her. My eyes began to feel heavy, and I struggled to keep them open. An icy black tendril latched itself around my ankle. I didn’t have the energy to kick it away or fight it. I just let it make its way up my calf. I accidentally let water invade my lungs as I took an involuntary breath. The eerie quietness that had settled after I was done clobbering Greta suddenly disappeared. Thousands and thousands of hissing whispers surrounded me. The tendril hastily relinquished its grasp on me, letting me go.

This story is so good!! The author seems to put time and effort behind their characters!! And while peoples choices can be frustrating, baby beta looking at you, they all make sense with how the story is progressing and what’s happened! Couldn’t recommend this book enough!
Space Cow
I love this book. The author has created a wonderful world with well thought characters that I actually care about. The characters aren't perfect, they each have their own flaws and personalities. Each of them have grown in their own ways.

COLD COMMAND- The Secret Son

COLD COMMAND- The Secret Son

Grayson opened his eyes. The fog had thinned. He no longer stood among graves. Instead, he found himself beside a narrow stream cutting through black stone. The water looked strangely clear. Too clear. He knelt. His reflection stared back. Then it smiled. Grayson immediately stepped away. His own face continued smiling inside the water. "You've always chased ghosts." The voice belonged to him. Yet it wasn't. "You failed your mother." The reflection's silver eyes darkened. "You failed Savannah." "You failed Noah."
