Rookie fucking mistake, I should have examined the window with more caution. Aside from finding another trap, I did learn the windows are made out of something similar to a two-way mirror or tinted windows. I can just make out my reflection in the glass, but I can’t see through it, yet I can see the light of this supposed lightning flashing inside. Iolaire walks up to me, “Find anything?” She quietly asks. “Razor blades,” I deadpan.

As they approached each booth, they found glass display cases, each one showcasing an array of captivating crystals in all shapes and sizes. One stall, in particular, drew Joe's attention. Inside the glass case were rows of flat, clear glass rectangular tiles, appearing like delicate and transparent laptops. Each tile consisted of two layers: a solid glass front and a mosaic of smaller tiles behind it, creating a mesmerizing play of colors and patterns. The tiles came in various sizes, ranging from small ones measuring 6 inches long, 4 inches wide, and 1 inch thick

The witch and her wolf series

The witch and her wolf series

"Now try and see if you can hit him from here" I carefully pull out one and throw it like a dart after the picture. It just graces the lower left corner, but it just fall dead on the ground, still intact. "Come on; more power. They are made of glass, you need to break them". Gudrun calls out to me. "But are they even going to break ? When they hit a body I mean". I ask. "Sure the bitter galdr the real ones are closed with will make sure they do break on impact". Marta say.

Stranger Than Murder

Stranger Than Murder

"It's shatterproof glass. Top of the line guaranteed never to shatter." Mr. Kawasaki walked to the far end of the room then ran to the window and threw his shoulder into the glass, and they heard a loud pop as the top left corner of the glass pushed outward. Mr. Kawasaki looked up in horror and tried to push off the glass, but that just managed to push it further outward. He stumbled and slid all over the glass as it popped again and Chloe ran to him grabbing his hand just as the glass fell away.

A promise of the heart. “Where’s Lilith?” I asked. “She’ll be back, she needs to get some things for you. Oh,” his lips pursed as he took the stainless flask and cup by the side drawer. “She made this for you, it will give you strength.” I wriggled my head. “I’m okay Zeus,” I beamed and he gave up. “What’s their nature?” I asked, staring at the two cuties.

She was glad Ian was an understanding man. She stole a glance his way and noticed he had a smirk on as he stared at her. “What?!” she asked, touching her face, just to be sure there was nothing there. “You look sexy with those glasses on.” Ian replied, making her blush. Kimberly had totally forgotten that she had worn her glasses before stitching his cut. She hated them and only wore them when necessary. “I don’t think so.” She countered back, taking them off without a second thought and placed it back in its case before getting a glass of running water.

THE GIRL IN THE MANUSCRIPT

THE GIRL IN THE MANUSCRIPT

EPISODE 1 — THE MIRROR The mirror hangs on the dressing room wall, framed in silver so heavy two men would struggle to move it from its mount. In the coffee shop where Mira’s life ended, the only mirrors were the small, smudged squares above the bathroom sinks — scratched with initials and hearts, reflecting faces tired from work and worry. Here, this glass is perfect, polished to a clarity that shows not just reflections but the faint ghost of what was there before. The silver frame carries cold like a block of ice pulled from winter water, and when she presses her palm against it, the metal leaves white marks on her skin that take seconds to fade.

The Glass Rose

The Glass Rose

one of the men said as he started walking toward me with a smug look on his face. "I'm not going anywhere with you, and you're going to regret coming into this shop tonight because I have a brother who is dying and I don't have time to play games with my father’s old lapdogs," I replied as I reached behind me and grabbed a heavy glass jar of antiseptic from the counter. I threw the jar at his head and he ducked just enough for it to miss, but it gave me the second I needed to lung forward and drive a jagged shard of glass from the broken window into the soft spot under his chin.

Forbidden By Her Sister's Husband

A thin, jagged crack appeared in the glass. “Be careful!” Cassandra snapped. “That’s a Waterford.” “Sorry,” Aria whispered. She wasn’t sorry about the bowl. She was sorry she was still breathing. She was sorry she was the shadow in the silver dress, waiting for a man who used silence as a weapon.

I can’t believe its finish. Aria and Damian’s forever finally reached its end. I am really happy but hurt at the same time because I’ll surely miss them. I hope there are extra chapters though. Hahaha. Thanks for this masterpiece author! Now, looking forward for Sebastian and Viola’s story! Love you

This book had me completely hooked. The pacing is perfect, not rushed and not dragging, and every chapter hits with emotion, drama, and twists. The characters feel so real that it honestly plays like a movie in your head. Definitely recommend. One of my favorite reads lately.
