Gavin stepped away from her, staring at her intently as he stood by my side. “So, you are the leader of the Slayers?” He asked, keeping his eyes locked on hers. “You were doing all this because it’s what your family wanted? You’re a vampire?” “Does that really surprise you, Gavin darling?” She asked, folding her arms across her chest. “Tell me who you are,” Gavin growled. “Unmask yourself.” “Oh, but that ruins all the fun. I enjoy watching you two squirm.” I couldn’t stand it anymore; I wasn’t going to stand by and watch her torment him any longer. I needed to know who this monster was once and for all.

IVANA'S POV: I was blow drying my hair when he walked into room. "Please sir, get ready fast. I really need your help." I gave him a sinister smile. You laughed at me and made fun of me. The first goblin launches itself at me, and I raise my arm to bat it away. Pain shoots through my arm. Yelping, I grab it. The goblin drops in front of me and chuckles. "It's made out of stone or something!" I hiss in pain. Alec kicks at the thing, but it doesn't budge. Instead, Alec ends up hopping up and down, clutching his foot.

June 8, 2003 – 16:45 They chuckled as they got deeper into the forest. The scent trail led them to a clearing and a hunter’s cabin at the back of it. They saw eight goblins playing cards outside of the cabin. Coralis, Veronica and Eva stood behind the tree line and watched the goblins for a minute. “If the vampires involved don’t have a sunlight jewellery, they won’t stick their nose outside. We each kill two goblins, tie up the other two, and then we go into the cabin,” said Veronica.
