He acted like a clueless person. “I want to learn about the illness in werewolves which couldn’t be healed by medicines or magic.” I told him what I was looking for. It was just two of us in a quiet, deserted library. I could feel his alpha energy dominating the air. His scent was tantalizing. “This one may help you.” He picked out an old book with pale pages. “Read it for me and please, don’t miss anything.” He begun to explain me everything and I listened each word with great caution. I couldn’t afford to miss any detail.

There is this one story that is always told called 'The Wolf People' (The Wolf People) Thousands of years ago, there was a tribe of people who lived in the deep parts of the forest known as the Wolf People. It's been said that these people had the ability to change or shape shift from human to wolf, also known as werewolves. They had been givin a bad reputation of being murderous beast, thanks to the humans who told such horrible lies.

You'll understand this more as you read the book! In addition, I only use the term 'werewolf' in this story but they are not the traditional lore that is 'cursed' or a 'beast'. They are more of shifters, like of lycans who can control their transformations from humans to wolves or vice versa. To put it simply, they are like the 'wolves' of Twilight with special gifts so I call them werewolves in this book. Thank you and enjoy reading!

Still, he managed to overpower every true blood vampire he ever met. How not, when he was the creation of the vampire king himself? When Tristan was young, he used to live in a tribe that was located near a cursed werewolves' pack. Matter of fact, the cursed wolves are one of the most dangerous packs that lived since they're known for losing control whenever they shift. You can expect the worst when it's a red moon. Those wolves change from humans to killing machines that cannot control themselves. Well, in one of the biggest massacres that were witnessed by the world, his entire tribe was killed, and he witnessed the death of his relative by wolves.

As I opened my eyes, everything was brighter, everything was calm. As I walked into the packhouse, I went to the library on the first floor right away. It wasn't very big but the books they stored were priceless. Many of them contained history about the werewolves and what the ancestors had been through and how they had lived back then. Some books had the history of the Knights, dating back centuries.

I sat down in the empty diner and started reading a new werewolf book I had gotten, I needed to be ready. “You do know that most of the things in the book are just stereotypical information on what humans believe to be about werewolves, right?” A man asked as he stood beside me. I was so engrossed in the book that I hadn’t noticed anyone walk in. I looked up at the guy, “how would you know?” I asked. He took that as an invitation and sat in front of me. “Most books are used to sexualize and make werewolves seem like bad people but they really aren’t.” He answered, “I’m a werewolf and I would know.”

,I asked,my voice shaking. “I..I killed her through the help of someone,I can’t quite remember everything but someone approached me and promised to help and …. I quickly stood up trying to add everything together. “Are you okay,my child??your hands are shaking” “I’m fine grandpa,I just need to get to my room”,I said as I stood up. “Is there a reason for asking?!” “I’ve never heard of a werewolf before”,I said, completely lost in thought. “You should look it up,my child, they are very dangerous and when you come across one,let me know,I always know how to deal with them”,he said.

Seeing the stack of books piled up high on top of the table I knew I had found the right table. “Alec, I think we should go look in the kitchen. No one is back here.” Savenia said. “That my dear is where you are drastically wrong.” Once we reached the back table I watched as Savenia looked at several of the titles of the books piled on top. “History of the Werewolves. Psychology of the Paranormal. Ancient Greek Mythology. Witches and their Divine Power. Fae and the Woodland Creatures. The History of Dracula and the Vampire Methodology. Werebears and Shifters of all Kinds. Whoaaa. Those are some serious titles. I wonder who checked all these books, then lifted them here.” Savenia said.
