The librarian only wanted to have his own time without unnecessary interruptions. "Please try to find it by yourself", Hyuk Soo said sternly to the girl. But, when his eyes met the CCTV camera by accident, he remembered the owner practically imposed him to be more kind with the visitor, no matter how much he tried to remind him of the library's concept. However, the owner said him that since he was hired, more visitors come in. If he keeps acting indifferent, he'll be fired, as a consequence. "Fine", Hyuk Soo said, got up and helped this girl to find the book.

The soft hum of the fluorescent lights overhead cast a cool glow on the polished wooden floors. I was the one who deserved to die after all… My breath caught in my throat as I stepped into the large room. It was stacked with grimoires and spell books right up to the ceiling. It was what you can call a witch’s haven. I wondered if the access given by Valence included libraries or were these grimoires beyond my reach. There was only one way to find out.

I pleaded to the man, whose name I am yet to discover. "I have someone that could perfectly explain the whole situation. I am merely a library keeper, who knows all the books here." Staring at Lillith's lifeless body, I couldn't help but be amazed by her beauty. Even in her subconscious state, she was still very perfect. "Lead me to this person you talk about, I beg you." I watched as he rushed over to his counter, pulled up a pen and a paper and scribbled something unto the piece of paper.

It led not to a person, but to a legend. A myth in the underworld of high-finance cybercrime: "The Librarian." No real name, no face. A entity known for only pulling heists that were, in their own warped way, statements. They had once robbed a blood diamond conglomerate and donated the sum to a historical preservation society. They had hacked an oil company and used the funds to plant a forest. They were a phantom with a perverse moral code.

He nodded at me, and he just smiled. "By the day, I'm Art." I nodded, then entered the library and went directly to the librarian to get my library stomp before entering. I strolled inside and looked for the book I needed. Then I feel uneasy, and it seemed like someone was following me. I turned around, but I saw no one, and I continued to stroll. Finally, I reached the section where the books that I wanted are located.

LYRA As I step through the library doors, I inhale deeply, the musty smell of old books is one of my favorite things. The she-wolf behind the desk offers me a fake smile as I pass her desk and make my way to the computers in the center of the library. Taking a seat at the only free computer, I make the mistake of glancing back and the front desk and the woman behind it is glaring at me. A shutter travels up my spine as I try not to think about which one of my mates she may have been involved with before I came along.

His female friend slid the reference board to the left, revealing the outline of an embedded door. "Yeah. Just walk along the tunnel. You'll come to a series of rock stairs. Head down, and you'll get what you want. We don't have enough space for all the books delivered to us. Up till now, you're perhaps the only one who requested this genre," she explained. Miracle nodded and entered the librarian zone. As she opened the embedded door and glanced behind her, she was stunned for a moment to find that the librarians weren't leading the way. She was going to do it alone.

I am thirty minutes late though because Theo is being such a workaholic that after the party, he still worked on some documents, before hitting the bed. I push open the door and enter. It is undoubtedly the most massive library I have ever set foot into. Unlike Pitchford and Durian’s library, the wall, ceiling, and bookshelves are all painted white. From the outside, it seems like there are only four floors, but looking down, I am actually on the tenth floor, with the basement still way, way down. There are stairs all around, tables and chairs, private areas, and a dizzying amount of books. Even if I spend a werewolf lifetime here, I won’t be able to finish all of these book collections. My

“Come in, then. But be quiet.” So she went in. The library felt less like an oasis of knowledge and culture and more like the setting for a low-budget horror flick. The reading room was dim, the air thick with the musty smell. A streak of light spilled from a distant doorway, whispering, “The murderous cult meeting is this way, please.” Linda pushed open the door and stepped into a larger room illuminated by a single orange-shaded lamp hanging low over a round oak table. The place was crawling with people dressed head-to-toe in black, all looking like extras from a Goth fashion show.
