An uncontrollable, almost maniacal laugh that filled the room with a disconcerting energy. He rubbed his face with his hands and looked at me incredulously. "You can't be serious. Do you like her?" He shook his head, still laughing. "That's none of your fucking business," I growled back, not recognizing my own voice.
