Noah tosses a small enchanted orb toward me. “Incoming!” I react without thinking, a shield blooms from my palm, catching the orb mid‑flight and dissolving it into harmless sparks. My heart pounds. “Holy Shit!” “Language,” Grace mutters, but she’s smiling. Liam steps forward. “Let’s push it.” He gestures, and three targets begin moving at once, weaving, darting, unpredictable.

Harry said in a corrective tone. "Fine, but that's not the point. Blade is back to Haven and I know that his performance at the party was just a tip of the iceberg." Dexter said, sweating profusely.
