* * * Max’s POV * * * My head is spinning with what has to be the worst hangover I’ve ever experienced, or at least the worst I’ve experienced since my 21st birthday party. Not even Nate had been able to heal that shit, and we had been laid in bed for two days wishing for death. Because it had to be easier than what we had felt. I feel a smile creep onto my face at the thought of that night, and the silence around the pack the two days after, while we all recovered. Yeah, this hangover is on par with that. I don’t even try to open my eyes. I allow myself to go back to sleep. The pack will understand if I’m not seen today. I just hope the others are suffering as much as I am.

I've been waking up these past few days to different women in my bed. I'd wake up with a bad hangover and stupid questions like, was she a stranger? Had I picked her up at a bar?. I didn’t hear his words; I fell asleep. I woke up the next morning with a head-splitting headache. I massaged my temples, hoping it would go away. I looked to my left and Primo wasn’t on the bed. I looked around the room but he wasn’t here. Just then, the door opened and Primo came in carrying a glass. “Hangover?” I nodded. He went to my side and gave me the glass. “What is this?” It was filled with an orange-colored liquid. I took a whiff and it smelled disgusting. “That’s for your hangover. Don’t mind the taste.” I sighed. I put the glass on my lip and I drank it all at once. I put the glass on the nightstand. “That was disgusting.” He chuckled. He cupped my face and looked into my eyes.

He groaned in pain and frustrations swearing to himself that he'll never drink beer again. “Good morning” He greet Yulix and Hailey as he saw them on the stairs they both greet him back and they all go downstairs together. They went to the kitchen to prepare for breakfast and searched for something to drink and relieve the pain. Hailey drank some milk from the fridge since she was totally fine and nothing is aching with her and Yulix but —fuck why is he the only one with a goddamn hangover? He was first to back out but last to recover damn that was fucking unfair!

Hangover Anna tossed on her bed for a while before convincing herself to sit up, immediately she sat up, a wave of headache hit her. She groaned and held her head in pain. The door opened and Lady Mary came in. "You are finally awake," she said. "I'll be back," she closed the door and went out, she returned a few minutes later with a cup of tea. "Here, it'll help your hangover," Lady Mary gave her and she accepted it after thanking her.
