Harry Potter Duelling Novels & Stories

he replied, readying himself for our impending clash. As we circled each other, the tension in the air flared up with anticipation. The sounds of growls and snarls from the ongoing werewolf skirmishes provided a rhythmic backdrop to our impending duel. In a synchronized nod, Lucas and I surged forward, the air alive with the impact of fists meeting flesh. His jab feigned left, then shot upward, crashing into my chin with a resounding thud. I countered, unleashing a powerful blow to his stomach in response. Within the rapid exchange of punches, we hunted for openings in each other's defenses.

His chest heaved under the witches black boot. " He is unconscious." The witch pointed. " That doesn't count. It's a duel. Which means only one person will be left alive . You want to take me to my death yet you are afraid to kill." Ella baited her. " You think I'm not a killed. Just watch me !" The witch took her leg off his chest and knelt down beside him. She raised her arm in the air ready to strike him in the throat, when he rolled away. "Not that easy witch." The goblin jumped up onto his feet and began to charge towards her.

Leori asked, a small smirk playing on his lips. "As ready as I'll ever be," Robin replied, his gaze steady. "But don't expect me to go easy on you." Leori chuckled, raising his sword in a ready position. "I wouldn't have it any other way." With that, the duel began. Their swords clashed in a symphony of metal, their movements fluid and precise. It was clear to everyone watching that they were evenly matched, each anticipating the other's moves with expert precision. As the duel continued, their swords danced in the air, and the crowd watched in awe. The sound of the blades meeting echoed through the training grounds, each strike a display of power and skill.

"Ha! Harry, beaten by a newcomer—by his own rules, he should quit the industry!" "Come on, what's one win for Sharon worth? She'll never match Harry's established rank or global reputation." "Harry's arrogant, sure, but Sharon's no saint. Forcing someone to kneel and bark like a dog? That's just as cruel. Pot, meet kettle." "A wager is a wager. Harry proposed the terms himself. If he hadn't been so boastful in public, no one would be holding him to it now." "Exactly. Their official duel had already ended in a draw. Harry was the one who demanded this final, unnecessary showdown, all to soothe his wounded ego."

I smiled wide instantly, excitement bubbling up because I had always heard whispers about this at the academy—the legendary duel where two challengers fought hand-to-hand, no weapons allowed, and the winner earned one wish granted by the kings themselves, anything reasonable like land, title, or favor. “No way,” I whispered, thrilled to Varynia. “The Crown’s Wish Duel? For real tonight?” She grinned back just as excited. “Hell yes! It’s rare, but when it happens, it’s epic. Brutal, but epic.” The challengers entered, A lord Harlan, that burly western march lord built like a tank, and then Nyra, striding in confidently with her fighting leathers on, hair tied back fierce. My mood soured immed

“Silas will die on this field. And your pups will be mine.” I lifted the blade and pointed it at his heart. “Then I will burn every piece of your cursed existence until there is nothing left for you to claim.” He inhaled, and the mist screamed in response. “So be it.” The fog collapsed, slamming into the ground like a storm. The battlefield vanished. Only him and me... two curses given flesh. Draco lifted his hand. “Duel to the death.” I raised mine. “Gladly.” And the world shattered into war.

Draco's deathly aura when he entered the van indicated he was in one of his worst moods, which was very surprising considering he had been with the lady boss just a few moments ago. Let's face it, Draco had finally been showing human emotions these past few weeks ever since he met Miss Jones. The man was previously like a robot who, apart from his deathly glares and his signature frigid scowl that always adorned his face, showed no emotion that could tell you what he was thinking or feeling inside.

The match finally ended after a few exchanges of blows in a tie. As everyone clapped, Harrion looked over us before settling on Darius and Vex. "You two. Let's see what you can do." My eyes met with Darius and made an encouraging fist, which made him chuckle and shake his head at my theatrics before facing off against Vex, who looked smug and confident. Like he wasn't about to get his ass handed to him.

"I mean, you too. But I was talking about your wolf. I can see her." Elsa looked at me, stunned. I simply shrugged and muttered, "She's something of a witch," to which Bonnie laughed and said, "I am not a witch, I --" "-only have gifts," I completed for her, rolling my eyes. "Come on, let's go watch the duel." We followed the sound of the crowd and came to the clearing at the edge of the woods where the fight was taking place. The two men were circling each other, assessing and waiting for who would give the first strike.
