The hole was about one meter in diameter, and it looked bottomless. Kiran was reminded of the cave in Mount Mordor, so he jumped in right away. The walls of the cave were smooth, so nothing obstructed his way down. It got cooler and breezier as he got lower. It felt like a spring breeze at first, then autumn, and finally winter.
