Campus of the undead
“That’s who you are. You’re my fear, my doubt. But you don’t control me.”
A spark of light ignited within him, small but fierce. He focused on it, letting it grow. The tendrils began to recoil, hissing as the light grew brighter.
“I’ve let you hold me back for too long,” Luke said, his voice steady now. “But I’m done being afraid.”
The light burst from him, searing through the darkness. The tendrils dissolved, and the doppelgänger staggered back, shielding its eyes.

Luke stood, the light surrounding him like a protective aura. He advanced on the creature, his steps deliberate. “This ends now.”
