Shishir called out. “What?” she turned to him in disappointment. “We are supposed to go this way…” with a witty smile on his face Shishir announced. “Great…” Ojaswi muttered and changed her direction. After walking for fifteen minutes, Shishir announced, “okay, guys stop. We are setting the camp here.” It was an open area in front of the lake. There was a beautiful view of mountains and green hills. Ojaswi dropped the mat with her jaw dropped and walked close to the lake. The duck was paddling on the lake and there were different colorful fish.

"Plus, tonight is about us. Let's not let Delaney ruin it, okay?" Brayden nodded and grinned. "Well, hop in." He said. "I hope you're not afraid of heights." That made me smile a bit for some reason but I entered the basket anyway. "Alright," Brayden said as he joined me. "Let's wait for the whistle." I turned around and watched as Joshua accompany Delaney in a green and yellow hot air balloon. I shook my head. No, I should not get distracted. A few moments after, we heard the sound of a whistle.

I announced, turning the car off and meeting all the kids' eyes. "Where is this?" Leah asked eyeing the lake and the flowers with a confused look. "It looks kind of familiar." "It should." I said simply getting out the car and stretching. In front of us was Ozmit Lake, the very same lake where the Lycan Warriors performed mourning rituals. Even though the twins were too young to remember it, Leah wasn’t. This was the lake that my parents were sent afloat on and burned after they were killed. This was somewhat of a sacred place and the perfect place for a peaceful picnic.

Nadia's scent led to a private camping site. This must be the getaway she spoke of. The campsite was tucked away deep in the forest, hidden beneath towering pine trees that swayed gently in the evening breeze. A handful of wooden cabins were scattered around a large open field, while several campers had pitched their tents beneath the trees for extra shade. Trying to be discreet, I tried to get a better look in the firelight and quickly realized the flashlight body was now wrapped in black paper. I gave it a few more minutes, then excused myself to use the bathroom. Safely locked in a stall I examined the light. I cut the small piece of tape that was keeping it wrapped and carefully unrolled it. There was white paper hidden under the black. It was a print out of a G****e Earth image of the campsite; the roof of small building was visible on the shore of the lake. Circled in red with "Midnight" written next to it. It wasn't far from where we'd been fishing. I didn't recall seeing it though.

Paul teased Diane and Jenny, both of whom were dressed for a hike. The rest of the girls were in shorts and T-shirts, ready for a sunny day. The forest was just outside the city, with a beautiful large lake where swimming was allowed, though there wasn’t a designated beach area. The shoreline was shallow, making it easy to walk into the water from almost anywhere. The guys and I found a clearing with direct access to the lake—spacious enough for five tents arranged in a semicircle, with no trees in the way. We dropped our gear and started setting up the tents while the girls went back to the store for food.

"That's obviously Oak Lake...but will it be far from our camping spot? The voice in my head told me to meet her there..." Leona mumbled to herself, sighing she slouched in her seat, her eyes resting on Jaiden who was in the row next to her.

Jose inquired as he nudged my shoulder. "Mr Martinez." And I put headphones in my ears and began listening to music. We arrived at the camping location after three hours of driving. We exited the bus, one by one, with our belongings. The park at Spring Lake. When I looked around, I noticed that it was a lovely and peaceful campsite. I couldn't hear any of the car's or other surrounding vehicles' horns. The camping spot was much larger and more roomy than the previous one. And there was a massive campfire in the centre. It was clean and well-kept.

I complained, hesitating to come out of the car. "Come on." Darren urged me to go with him, and since we were already there, I had no choice. I followed Darren's lead. The campsite had a vast expanse of land. Remains of fun activities can be seen everywhere. I bet the kids love to spend their summer here. Darren stopped by the lake. There were ruined kayaks, and the boat sank in the corner. And the zip line was still attached to a pole from the tower over fifteen feet away from the lake.

**** Alyssa **** Tonight the pack is throwing a huge end-of-school bonfire party by the lake, about a five-minute walk from the pack house. I hadn’t seen any of the pack lands yet as I barely left my room. I knew it was here of course, you can see the incredible lake from the pack house. I’d wanted to sneak down here and cool off in the sparkling waters since the pool was apparently off-limits.
