How To Draw The Warrior Cats Novels & Stories

The drawings she and Carl had been working on all morning. I looked at the colorful pages. Stick figures and wobbly wolves and bright yellow suns. "I think that's a wonderful idea." The children moved through the tent like small rays of sunshine. Stopping at each cot. Offering drawings with solemn sincerity. "This one's for you," Carl told a wolf with a bandaged arm. "It's a picture of a really strong wolf. That's you." The guard—a grizzled warrior who had probably seen a hundred battles—stared at the crude drawing. Something softened in his weathered face.

The warrior flails his claws and snaps his jaws, trying everything he can to break free from my grip. I lock my jaw tighter, cutting off the circulation until he stops moving. Once I’m sure the enemy is dead, I release my grip and gaze down at him.

"... I know! I'll curse them! I'll curse them to be grateful and understanding towards us!" I say as I clap my paws together and start drawing a circle. " You sure that's a good idea?" Hector told me that morning in training. Hector and I were gathered around by the warriors, urging us to have a second match. Hector initially refused, but after everyone chanted "Scaredy cat," he accepted. We started circling each other, and I could feel the energy radiating from Hector. He lunged at me, and I blocked him. Then I went on the offensive, and I forced him back. As we continued to fight, I could tell Hector was getting more serious. The intensity in his eyes grew, and his strikes became more precise. He swiped at her with unsheathed claws, and she moved with his first three strokes, but the fourth came down hard on her side. Something crashed into us, and we toppled to the ground. The warrior's heavy body presses me painfully into the cement, my shoulders on fire from the awkward position. I cry out, gritting my teeth halfway through the sound.

What kind of women-deprecating shit goes on in this pack? I sigh and shake my head. Then, the first warrior steps forward. He’s a brunette, broad-shouldered, thick-necked, and built like a freight train. He eyes my bloody claws. His gaze lingers on my canines before moving to my eyes. But the bastard’s smile is cocky, the kind that says he’s already decided I’ll last five seconds… ten if he’s feeling generous. As we square up, the air between us sharpens, charged with tension and silent judgment.
