Hunter X Hunter Symbols Novels & Stories

But then the spell is broken by a sharp knock at the door. "Alpha Xander," a young scout calls out. "There's... there's something you need to see." We follow the scout to the edge of the territory, where a grotesque sight awaits us. Hanging from a gnarled old tree is the carcass of a deer, its body twisted unnaturally. Carved into its flesh are symbols that make my blood run cold - the same ones from my dreams, from the mysterious gifts. But it's the message scrawled in blood beneath the macabre display that truly chills me to the bone:

A gothic O with two crossbows through it was tattooed on his skin, and green runes swirled around it in an intricate pattern. Harry recoiled and immediately pulled Emmanuelle behind him, shielding her: "The Order of the Hunters. We are in the Hunters' Den?" he whispered in awe as he recognized the symbol: Ferdinand gave him an amused smile, then shrugged: "The den? No. The village is more correct." A growl left the Alpha's lips. He was angry that he had not gotten this information sooner. And, more importantly, he was now concerned for his Mate's safety: "Why did the Council call on you? How could you let my Mate walk the grounds of your territory so freely?"

“Sorry, I didn’t want to scare you. I might be wrong.” ‘What do you think?’ I ask Bliss, but she only huffs angrily. ‘Hunters are humans. They don’t have a distinct scent or look. It’s impossible to tell.’ Bliss’ words give me no solace. “I doubt. If you saw it, then it must’ve been there. My parents showed me the same symbol. It’s hard to mistake it for something else. And the fact that he hid it instantly? … Well, that’s a telling on his own.”

We already spent another four hours traveling across rugged terrain and talking to people who knew Hunter's whereabouts, but no one was willing to talk. Just when the two of us thought we had exhausted every lead, we stumbled on a small town in the middle of nowhere that had a lingering feeling of danger. As we walked down the town center, Aiden noticed that there were strange symbols painted on a few buildings. I knew that it was the same marks I found on the werewolf hunter's tattoos. It means that we were getting closer to our target. Aiden and I walked into a bar that looked like it had been unchanged for decades. There were a few burly-looking men milling around, most of them wearing le

"Wonderful. Now, let's make this official." He strides over to Hazel and yanks her to her feet, making her cry out in pain. My heart breaks at the sight, but I force myself to stay strong. He pulls out a dagger, its blade glinting in the dim light. "These crests," Hunter says, tracing the blade over the intricate symbols on our arms, "symbolize your power. Time to remove them." He presses the dagger to Hazel's arm first, carving out the crest with brutal efficiency. Hazel screams, the sound tearing through me like a jagged blade. I can see the blood, the pain etched on her face, and it takes everything in me not to collapse.

The shoe of the spear is made with silver and an embedded symbol of Fleur de Lis. I asked Vol to make two spears and two knives for me and Rendall. Quinn already asked Vol to enhance her arrows and change the string of her bow. “These are awesome!” Rendall exclaimed as he scans the bowie knife that also have the Fleur de Lis symbol. “I am glad you liked my work.” Vol bowed and we also bowed to show respect and gratitude for his hard work. “We have to go Vol, till next time.” I carried the spear and knife while Rendall carried Quinn’s bow and arrows.

I did a little twirl in the middle of the room and started combing the bookshelves to see what treasures I could find. I was just too excited to have found this place. I came across a smaller leather-bound book that had a weird symbol on the front and when I opened it, I realized that it was a history of the Hunter's. I decided to keep that book just in case I needed it. I was totally in my own world when I felt someone’s arms go around me and breath in my ear. "I see you found my favorite place in the house." My body shivered at the contact. I thought that I was going to melt into a puddle right then and there.

Until suddenly— Jaxon stopped. Every wolf behind him froze. “What is it?” Zane asked. The Beta crouched beside a tree. His expression darkened instantly. “No.” My stomach dropped. I moved forward. Then saw it. A symbol. Carved directly into the bark. Fresh. Deliberate. Three intersecting lines surrounded by a circle. Something about it made my skin crawl. “I’ve never seen that before,” one of the warriors whispered. Neither had I. But Elara had. I knew it from the look on her face.

“The car had a symbol on the door. And the woman wore it too— on a pin, on her collar. I saw it every time she came. I never asked what it meant because honestly I didn’t want to know.” He slides the paper across the table. The drawing is awful. Barely legible. A crooked circle with what might be a crown or might be antlers, and beneath it a shape that could be a wolf or could be a smudge. But something about it — even rendered this badly by a man whose hands haven’t been steady in a decade — sends a cold current through my chest that makes Sapphire stir. I stare at the crest. I don’t recognise it. But my wolf does. Somewhere in the part of me that Sapphire occupies, something old and buried
