For a while, I stopped, holding my chest tight from the pain of knowing he would soon leave me. "Gemma!" I looked up just in time to see him exit the car. As he caught up to me, he smothered me in a hug that hurt like hell but will stay with me forever. His tears soaked through my hospital gown as he clutched me. The pain of finally accepting our fate caused our eyes to fill with tears. At this point, he is finally letting go of me. He murmured the words "I can't let you go..." into my ear. "I can't say..." The sound of his crying and suffering rang over the road, making this moment even more agonizing than it already was. "I can't say I do without you."

Now it's time to let me go Lucian" "That's the thing" he said stepping closer to me placing his hands on my chin, his head meeting my forehead as he spoke. "I can't seem to let you go Clarissa. I WON'T" He declared with a firm tone. One that he wasn't willing to change or go back on.

Levi reluctantly let go of my hand, opened his mouth as if to say something, but before he could speak, I hurried away. Like avoiding a plague, I was avoiding him. What I didn't see was Levi watching my retreating figure, his chest heaving noticeably. His restrained emotions were slowly crumbling, and this time, he would never let me go of his hand. I'm fine just on my own." She replied, as though stating the obvious. The discussion only made her lose her appetite.

It was as if she knew it would come to this stage. "No dad! I don't want to move out. I do not want to go to some new place". Jason lashed out from the staircase. "I thought I asked you to go and change?" He asked angrily to a now sulking Jason.

Third-Person POV Of course, seeing the marriage certificate in such a state set Sophie off. For some reason, losing her memory had made her temper a lot worse too. She grabbed everything she could lift and hurled it at Ian, her eyes red as she accused, "You can't even keep our marriage certificate safe. You don't love me at all! I want a divorce!" The word "divorce" made Ian panic. He dropped to his knees on the spot and tried to explain. "It's my fault that this happened, but we can get it reissued. I swear I'll take good care of it this time. Please believe me, okay?"
