Maybe it's hard to love me. I laughed and looked up. I sighed weakly and continued packing my things. But I quickly stood up as I felt like I was going to be nauseous again. “Fuck!” I muttered weakly. I feel really bad. I don't seem to feel like moving right now. I was also drowsy, and dizzy. I sighed weakly and looked in the mirror. I closed my eyes tightly and calmed myself. When I felt better, I went out to the bathroom and picked up my cellphone. I dialed the number I wanted to call.

It's good that we were back. "So how was it? The honeymoon, you look happy" She teased and I swallowed a hard lump of the toast I was yet to chew. Do I? Ha! I might look it but I feel far from it. It almost feels like I'm empty inside with an unbearable heat clouding my chest. This is anything far from happy. And it sucks! Perhaps, it's due to the subtle change of the weather? Or it could be because I can't handle the thought that Diego might actually be avoiding me.

“Is it anything I did?” He turned to look at me. “No. Why would you think that?” I shrugged. “I don’t know. I just worry.” “Don’t. You’re fine. We’re fine.” He sighed. “I just have this feeling that something’s up.” I get what he means. Sometimes, I feel like something bad is going to happen. That someone is about to ruin things right when it’s all been so wonderful. I feel that almost every day. It’s sitting in my stomach while I sip down the last of my smoothie. That feeling of foreboding, like someone is about to walk into my office and break some terrible news.

I muttered,my countenance changing. “What happened? Do you feel ill , nauseous or dizzy? Are you feeling lightheaded?." Jasmine asked,her voice laced with concern as she felt my temperature. “ I don't feel any of the above. It's just that I missed my meds for yesterday and I am kinda scared. I have a bad feeling something is going wrong but then i am going to be alright. No need to worry about me. Her face changes. "Your side?"

I replied, chuckling. I had to lie to him. How can I tell him what has transpired or still going on between Aaron and me? I can't say anything to him. Especially what has transpired between us today. He wrapped an arm around me, holding me close. "No," I mumbled into his shirt, shaking my head slightly. "I'm not okay. I feel like crap, Darius." He held me tighter. "What's wrong? Pains?" His hand rubbed soothing circles on my back. "No, not pain," I sighed, a weary sound. "Just... sick. So sick. I threw up again." His body tensed slightly. "Again? You said you were feeling a bit better this morning." "Yeah, well, that didn't last," I admitted. "I can't get anything into my stomach. The maid just brought food, and I swear, just smelling it made me want to gag."

I felt guilty to talking to him like that, it's not the way I usually talk, having bad days. "I'm alright, need to worry. Just having a bad day," I said with a pathetic smile, at least I tried. I was fed up and disappointed at almost everything around. I don't what is it that I am actually mad at but I am mad at almost everything these days maybe it's because I am getting older and I don't know what to do about it. "If you need anything," he asked softly seeing me in mess.

I braced myself for what I had to do next. “I know that,” I said, my voice barely above a whisper. “Thank you for coming to see me. Especially after everything we said yesterday… after our disagreement.” I sighed, acting frustrated with myself. “I’m just… so annoyed. I didn’t want to do this. I didn’t want to bring all this on you. I’m sorry I acted that way.” I shifted on the bed and looked down at my hands. “The truth is… I’m really not feeling well. The doctor said this could affect my mood, my body, and even my emotional and mental state. And right now, I’m just not in the best place.”
