If You Liked Eragon... Novels & Stories

EROS I head to the library, Adrian’s favorite place. As soon as I open the door, I see him seated in a leather armchair, surrounded by ancient scrolls and old books. He has always been fascinated by history and magic—far more than I ever was. I prefer action and adventure, which I once thought made me a natural leader for Morbóvia. At least, that’s what I believed until I realized I still lacked certain things—qualities I need to learn if I’m to become a good king in the future.

Instead, we choose the movie Eragon. For once, I have to admit that I am not a huge fan of the movie. I read the book at one point and the movie just does not do the book justice. The books were pure genious while the movie was just a little 'bleh'. The story line itself was still pure genious but the way that they made the movie was lacking. I do not see myself watching it again. One good thing that came out of it though, is the fact that I can focus on Dante more instead of focusing on the movie. Snuggling in closer to him, I slowly move my hand up his leg.

A huge pinch of admiration. He was so massive like Geralt from the Witcher or Khal Drogo, and I was just sore. Not that I didn't like it, damn, it'd still be an understatement if I said I loved it. I was downright an addict, and this past week had been nothing but a flashflood of pure ecstasy.

Only until we're walking inside the hot wing spot because of course I was right and we lost our reservation at the fancy restaurant Birdie wanted to go to. "So, this girl for example," Eros continues and shows me the most grotesque woman I've ever seen, with huge boobs and the biggest hips ever. I immediately make a disgusted face, "You're gay." "No! Who the fuck likes that?" "I do," he responds and holds onto his phone protectively, "It's my favorite p**n star." "Gross," I let out, so Eros shows me another girl. Not my type either, "Give me that shit, I'll show you what I like."

I’m sorry I made you cry a few times while reading, but I made it up to you with a happy-ish ending. You may recognise Merlin from the legends about King Arthur, but this story is more closely related to the Merlin series with Colin Morgan and Bradley James. I’ve always loved the show and made this story with it in mind. I threw in a few Easter eggs from the show into it, so I wonder if you can spot them all. With your big brain, you probably can :) Hint: Eggs are mostly in dialogue, descriptions, and names ;)

"Yeah,"she said,"see you later."She sounded doubtful . A couple days later , I spotted Valeri looking for a place to sit at lunch .

The city was far larger than buildings in Oregon with long towering buildings. Towered to the sky. The floor was made of asphalt than stones and though they were still using carriages, most carriage was propelled by steam instead of horse or salamander. The city ports have large air space ship balloons and a majority of the time. Eragon would go touching things he sees for the first time landing him in trouble. Eragon and Historia went on dates sponsored by Arogonut around the city and then the three days came to an end and it was time for departure. Esei

“Looks like we’re going to be seeing a lot of each other.” “That is nonsense.” I snap, my jaw tightening. Raegon allowed this? No. Absolutely not. Why can he not vacation somewhere else? Why not return to his own pack? Why here? I steal a glance at Eros from the corner of my eye. He is casually watching the festival now, relaxed and chill. And I notice the women at nearby tables stealing glances at him, while whispering and blushing. Without meaning to, I sharpen my hearing. “Oh my God, he’s so handsome.”
