I said deliberately, "It isn't your fault. Allison's death isn't your fault, your father's death isn't your fault. Stop blaming yourself for everything that goes wrong, sometimes we just have to accept things no matter how ugly they are." The agony I saw in his eyes made my heart break but I didn't stop speaking, "That's just how life is; one minute you have everything you could possibly want and the next you're being dragged down into this never ending pit of darkness. But you see, the dark isn't all that bad, once you accept it, once you stop panicking, you realize that the darkness is actually a part of you and you can't really fear something that is a part of you. You know, I've always s

In the evolutionary tree of man, it can be seen that there is one ancestor, the hominin ancestor, who gave rise to several subspecies of hominids, ranging from the chimpanzees, the Ardipithecus ramidus, the Neanderthals, the slightly bent Homo erectus, and even the highly intelligent Homo sapiens- which are the human's beings we know today. The same evolutionary system exists in the realms of Hell, and as humans, demons are the most evolved beings of Hell, their sole ancestor being Lucifer. Ghouls, evil spirits notorious for robbing graves and feeding on corpses in the past, are close cousins of the demon race. They possess intelligence only second to the demons, although a few exceptional g

“Do you want the blood of eight people, fresh and warm?” Ak-kvir considered my words for a moment. “Yes.” “Get me to them, and I’ll grant you their bodies and their blood.” “What about their souls?” “I can always summon another,” I hinted. The demon growled, clearly unhappy. “I will get you there, all r-r-right. Bodies and blood are mine?” “Yes. A necromancer’s word.” “Climb up.” I laughed at his inanity. “Should I take a whip? An oath, you beast!”

What is Pete actually planning to do to me at that ceremony? I move to the small bookshelf in my room, searching for anything about demons or dark magic. Most of the books are romance novels and etiquette guides, useless for my purposes. But tucked at the back, I find a thin volume on supernatural creatures. I flip through pages frantically until I find a short section on demons. The text is brief, clearly sanitized for general reading, but it gives me fragments of information. "Demons are entities from the Lower Realms, capable of manifesting in the physical world only through complex rituals. They require anchors to maintain corporeal form and powerful vessels to contain their essence."

’ Another earthquake. The prosecuting gargoyles were all startled by the fresh outburst. The executioner who was to take a soul to hell passed their way sneering and snarling behind a helmet and visor. Emre remembered his first trip through the underworld, where after passing through the depths of hell, he reached his father Anchises in the land of Bane where souls to which Fate owes another flesh lie. Emre's journey through the underworld provided to him a definite ranking of souls according to their past lives on Earth. The Underworld also provided a punishment place where souls are purged of their evils and after one thousand years, regenerated to Earth. The ranking of souls in the Underw

I tried to lighten my mood with a joke. “Yeah, something like that.” Hana chuckled. “So Isak is an angel, and Harris and some of the guys at DKE are nephilim. Aidan is a demon, an incubus demon, to be exact. There are three kinds of demons...” Hana started to explain. “Wait. Incubus? Like the masculine succubus? McFingers is a sex demon?” I asked.

If he does not see what faintly strides through the dark night. So he turns again. He does not come to full view. He watches the figure move like the zombies from the video game. It was how the Apocalypse begins. First, a single zombie is seen raiding the streets but just as humans think they had it under control, a pack would lash out of a corner, charging towards them. No! Don't think that. Zombies are not real.

A volcano-like bout of black magic swirled beneath our feet and erupted, tossing us aside while shattering the cloak I whipped up earlier to hide myself and Malle…er…Erzelus. The pandemonium of satanic voices swirled up high in the sky, along with a whirl of powerful waves of black magic which rippled through the air, making it hard to breathe. The distorted, demonic voice spoke, sounding somewhat muffled as if it was coming from deep inside the grounds that cracked beneath our feet just a few seconds ago. I knew that voice. It was Nahevra. Her alter ego in the human realm is Lilith—Incarnate of malice, mother of all demons.

Only because he is a fallen angel, everything is full of sad … But that fallen angel had one chance in life that she was given. The roots of the law controversy go all the way back to the fallen angel, Lucifer. He became a corrupt shadow of his former self - a fallen angel trusted neither by Heaven nor Hell. Demon awaiting the Fallen Angel Shaher's revival was killed in battle at the Hall of Corruption by Alphonse. While not a Fallen Angel in the formal sense, it's depressed price relative to the growing fundamental case for silver makes it worth considering.

Lennon asked, wanting to know more about the apocalypse, that flipped their life entirely and the way they are thinking about their future in this world, they cared about living like the previous owners and taking care of Noah, but now the only thing they have to care about is keeping Noah safe. “There are 100 levels for demons and for humans, there are only 50 with a few exceptions who will become Noah and his comrades.
