While waiting for the results, I open the fridge and take out a full chicken. Cooking can't be that hard and I'm sure I'll get it right this time. I take out a small chopping board and a cleaver. I turn on the gas and put a pot on it, I poured water on it and hold the cleaver in my hand, I scroll through my phone. It's said I should slice the chicken first, I cut the chicken into two equal parts and put it in the pot. Just then I hear the main door open, I stop in my track and listen closely. She dropped the chain and ran over to me, brandishing a small knife from her pocket in the next instant. "No way, I have to win!" she declared, her eyes gleaming with a crazed determination as she began to cut through the chains linking the other bridesmaids.
