Creed slashed the wings of the black moth to prevent it from flying away... the moth let out the small shriek before it tried to bite into his right leg... the ground turned soft like a swamp, slowing him from his retreat. The moth used his elemental affinity to slow him down. Seeing this he was stuck in the swamp and couldn't do anything, he let the creature bite him intentionally. After spending an entire year inside the Glitch Creed already knew how much of a revengeful, these creatures were.

Adrewine's body convulsed instead, a shudder so violent it seemed to tear the air itself. A low strangled, guttural cry wrenched from her throat as her spine arched backward. The ground beneath her feet cracked. The air rippled then split. Merenrys stumbled back, eyes wide, as the child’s small frame began to distort—stretching, twisting, reforming. Bones popped like snapping branches, her skin tore in delicate seams that wept smoke instead of blood. Her shoulders split open, and from the fissures unfurled wings that shimmered wetly, each membrane swirling with the iridescent sheen of oil on water. Smoke coiled from them, black and alive, tasting of sulfur and burnt myrrh.

He needed to end this. The burning in his chest flared again. It felt like he was being pulled, compelled toward one of the ships. Scanning it, Jinx saw the white wings of the creature that attacked his plane. From here, he couldn't make out any of the other details, but he could feel the energy in its aura. That was Agent. Jinx had no idea how he'd gotten those wings, but fuck, how had he turned himself into a giant kraken? The damned guy had the advantage of centuries with his powers to figure out all the cool tricks. Jinx was going to have to improvise.

Parker and Jesse's face, an expression he recognized from the angels who had seen his wings that day. "Did you get your wings?" his father asked, and Cole looked into his eyes before nodding slowly. "Can we see them?" In that instant his body froze, his stomach feeling full of anxiety, but he just nodded. He grabbed the collar of his shirt and slowly pulled it over his head. He put the cloth on his arms to cover his chest, and he looked at them all with hesitant eyes before he slowly spread his wings. His black wings grew and stretched until they almost reached every wall, his black feathers sweeping outwards.

I ask. He holds his index finger up and warily looks around the open area. “We should─” The floor rumbles, followed by a deafening roar. Rising up, I take his hand as the roof begins to shake. Sounds of screams and rushing footsteps reverberate below us. Fallon grips me tightly and releases his wings to fly up, but several creatures appear around us before we can take off. I look cautiously as the creatures raise their sharp-clawed paws. They look like a mixture between a cat, a bird, and a gargoyle. Their bodies are grey, and their back legs look like they belong to gigantic birds.

The most important thing was that the new clone’s aura looked to be very solid. Being a winged serpent clone, its aura, however, possessed a shred of evilness and its eyes were colder than his. With a thought from Zephyr, the winged serpent clone unfolded the giant wings on its back. The glowing-blue wings were not covered in feathers and looked more like a pair of dragon wings with bizarre patterns on them. With a slight flap of those wings and one could already hear the sound of the air that whistled around it.

From her back, a dazzling pair of angelic wings unfurled in a blaze of shimmering light, spreading wide like a divine storm. With a powerful beat, she soared down among the attackers like an avenging angel, her wings casting swift shadows over the chaos. Her eyes blazed with righteous fury as she struck, moving with a speed and grace that stunned even me. She took down one vampire with a sweeping strike of her hand, sending him crashing into the trees. Another shifter lunged, but Gwen’s wings whipped around him, knocking him off his feet like a gale. Her voice echoed like thunder as she called out, “Leave them alive, or face my wrath!”

"You'll regret it for every breath you take in your pathetic life." A devilish cackle erupted from Alessia as she unleashed her pent-up energy. Suddenly, her body contorted and twisted in defiance of natural laws. Her skin stretched, eyes widening with excitement. A manic laugh echoed as her once-pale wings, now a demonic black, burst from her back—enormous appendages casting city-engulfing shadows. But there was more. Her eyes shifted from pale blue to an eerie white. "Showtime," Alessia purred with a sly smile. "Cool wings aren't just your thing!"

Jessica sneers, moving backwards as creatures I never thought I would encounter enters the clearing. They are big, taller than Ember, walking on two legs, with a wolf’s head, a man's body and a horse's lower half. Their tales flicker, as they growl at me. Behind them giant warped birds fly in, screeching at Ember. Jessica smirks.
