Evina stopped for a few seconds and faced him. She bowed her head with her palms on her chest. “And I’m truly honored to serve someone like you,” she agreed and laughed. Chapter 5 Gabriel pulled his lips away from hers, his fingers sliding gently over her delicate face. “You’re going to be mine.” Jussara felt her entire body burst into flames when she heard his words and, almost without thinking, she murmured: “I will…” To Gabriel, that only confirmed what he had already imagined: Jussara was an escort. The house became cold, quiet and empty. Her side of the bed untouched for months because I couldn't bring myself to sleep there properly.
