Bookworm Little.

Bookworm Little.

She was also hidden in my backpack when I applied for the job in the local library, I always had a weak spot for the books and stories, when they took me I couldn’t be happier. My job was easy and simple, just help people buying their stories, cash them out, put the books back in place and finally I can read as much as I want. It was the best kind of job for me, I loved it and I got paid weekly, enough to eat, after my first paycheck, I had spent a full week starving,

You have what I want

“If I could find a job that involved reading romance books we would be good to go. I just don’t like interacting with people too much to be honest with you. People make me nervous.” “You know I could get you a job doing that if you would be interested. I actually own a company that publishes books. We haven’t taken on romance books just yet, but if we had someone who would enjoy reading a whole lot of them everyday to see if they are worth publishing or not, we could add that on.” “What? You are joking right?”

"How can I hire someone who doesn't describe their favourite book for me?" "The book will speak for itself. I can give any book I read a review and I can recommend it to someone, but at the end of the day I cannot convince someone to fall in love with a book." He looked at me warily and wondered whether I had crossed a line. Why couldn't I just answer his stupid fucking question properly? I should have done a review.

The stepbrother I ran from is my new professor.

Anything to make the days feel less empty. I opened my laptop and pulled up the ASU job board. Part-time positions. Something that would get me out of this house. Away from Micaiah. Into an environment where I could be someone other than the girl who kept making the same mistakes. Teaching assistant positions—no, too much interaction with professors. Research positions—too isolated. Then I saw it. Part-time position at Desert Bloom Bookstore. Flexible hours. Experience with customer service preferred but not required. A bookstore.

A Little Like Fate

A Little Like Fate

He sent other documents moments later and ordered for them to be submitted the next day. Trust me, I started working on them. During high school, I had read lots of books and amidst my busy schedule, I still joined a book club. We did more of proofreading and book reviews, pointing out errors, and giving good remarks. I thanked myself for doing that because it was helping entirely well. I found my work very interesting and I didn't want to leave it. I was so engrossed that I didn't hear the incessant knocking on my door. "Come in," I said, never taking my eyes off the computer screen.

His Book club

“This is a library, Arian.” “I know but…” I started but he cut in. “I’ve been coming to this library for months. It's quiet and it's a good place to work.” I blinked. “You’ve been coming here to work?” Kael leaned against the shelf, crossing his arms. “Since you work in the library you should know by now that it's not good to judge the book by its cover.” “Have you met you? You will also judge the book if you were in my shoes.”

Captive To The Mafia Lord

Captive To The Mafia Lord

"I don't care what. Just talk." "Okay." His hand started moving through my hair. "Did I ever tell you about my first job? Before the bank?" "No." "I was seventeen when I got hired at a bookstore. The owner was this seventy-year-old man named Gerald who had opinions about every single book in the store. You couldn't shelve something without him appearing from nowhere and telling you three things he thought about the author's technique." "Sounds exhausting." "It was also kind of wonderful.” “Why?” “Well, he'd read everything. Every genre, every decade, every obscure corner of literature. He could tell you what someone was going through in their life based on what they were buying."

Great explanation, thank you very much for sharing this guide with us authors. It's very helpful & will allow authors to understand what they're getting into, if they decided to become a GN author they're question we'd ask & answer we'd like to hear. This book guide is very excellent dear editors.

Answered a lot of questions I didn't even know I had, and the main one I tracked this down for. Just wish that when I submitted a book for the first time that this was a suggested read, as it would streamline a lot. Glad this exists, just wish I knew sooner.

The Mafia's Chosen Girl

The Mafia's Chosen Girl

The question startles Zaya, who was still lost in her thoughts. “It’s not like that, Arash.” Zaya hesitates about whether to tell him about her job. But if she doesn’t say it now, it will be harder for them to find a suitable time. “It’s just… I work as a librarian at Dokuz University. And I’m not exactly sure about the shift schedule yet.” “Oh, you’re still a librarian?” Arash asks. “Well… what other job could I possibly do, Arash? Even if I wanted to try something else, it would probably be difficult for anyone to accept me as a part-time employee.”

The Billionaire’s Pretend Girlfriend

Her I*******m was opened and yes, the I*******m page was sitting right there with a total of two million followers and zero following. "Nat...this is huge." I breathed. Your favorite book critic is basically someone who accepts read requests from random people and then she reads the book and drops both the good and bad reviews about the book. Sometimes the bad outweighs the good and vice versa. "I know." She answered. "Why didn't you tell your brother?" I asked her.

One of the best book I have read here. I love the twist and everything chapter is excellent and the author is Good on describing things in details. I hope this story would have a sequel; Lara and Noah or Natalia story.
