A hand landed on my shoulder and I jerked shaking it off. Dad was standing beside me looking at me with anger. "Huh?" I take my phone from my pocket and start scrolling as I read the headlines about us. Third Person POV A black SUV comes to a sudden halt in front of an old shack. The dim light turns on inside, and an old man with a body length walking stick comes out. His eyes are white matching his head full of slivered hair, midback length. He wears an old dark gray robe and slips his flip flops on to step outside. "Blake son! Is that you?" The old wolf says. The SUV door opens and Blake makes his way out wearing combat uniform, matching with the uniforms his warriors wear.

“Most patients don’t have the privilege of wasting the hospital resources because they are having a bad day.” I want to defend my father, to say it wasn’t just a bad day but possibly one of the worst days ever but I stop myself when I look up and see the intensity of his gaze. Jude is a charming but also very serious man. He leaves no room for argument, but he also doesn’t give you a reason to argue. He knows what he is talking about and tells you with conviction, warmth, and a lack of judgment. He's almost the exact opposite of Atlas.

Richard nods, agreeing with Jude, and I shake my head. “You are jealous,” Fred shouts from inside the bathroom and I walk away because this is not going to be pretty for him. Jude is a big guy. If he didn’t wear suits every day for work, I would say he was a lumberjack trying to live in the woods away from civilization. Jude was never the most talkative of us all.
