My Golden Queen

My Golden Queen

The laundry rooms are attached to the kitchen off to the rear, this is not as large as the kitchen but still houses 15 washing machines, 10 tumble dyers, a section to hang the washing indoors and another little section where the washing was ironed then stacked in neat little piles ready to be used. The grand ballroom lives up to the name, the large double wooden doors keep the mystery of the splendour that is hidden behind. The 1st thing the eyes are drawn to is the massive chandler that hangs in the centre of the room above the dance floor which spans the length of the room, this chandler has hundreds of tiny crystals that glisten casting out little rainbows when the lights hit them. MISTRESS OF THE GAME

MISTRESS OF THE GAME

MARIE After the little drama, the gentleman took my hand and led me into the ballroom. The moment the grand doors opened, I was engulfed in light and splendor. The ballroom was the epitome of wealth and elegance, with a domed ceiling painted like a renaissance masterpiece. Massive crystal chandeliers hung like frozen waterfalls, scattering golden light that glimmered against the polished marble floors. Along the walls, long velvet drapes the color of deep wine framed towering windows that reached the ceiling. Between each drape were mirrors trimmed in gold, reflecting the endless glint of opulence.

My High School Romance

My High School Romance

I pushed them all inside the ballroom. I saw how Ginny admired the place. Like her eyes were gleaming like jewels. Who wouldn’t be? A ballroom of whispers and wonder—where chandeliers weep starlight, and marble floors remember every graceful step. Velvet drapes kiss golden walls, as soft music lingers in the air. Designed for a hundred souls, yet it feels like a dream for two. Every shimmer, every breath, hums with timeless elegance and a promise of enchantment. “Judiel… Your house is awesome.” Ginny uttered in amusement. “The ballroom itself? It’s even larger than my house.”

The Billionaire's Submissive

The Billionaire's Submissive

The ballroom had a center floor. It was a large spacious area that had the dance floor at the center, a bar, and the music band in one corner. Two large stairs stood at the far end of the ballroom on either side of the wall. They led upstairs to the patio and then to a corridor. "She's a beauty, isn't she?" Maxwell whispered and I nodded. "That she is. I see your tastes are as expensive as ever," I said, taking note of the wood carvings on the railings. Maxwell always liked exquisite things.

Fireworks In My Heart

Fireworks In My Heart

The haunting kind of void. We walk through the hallway and reach a ballroom. A fucking ballroom... The ballroom was a world of opulence suspended in time, its grandeur designed to captivate and command. The vaulted ceiling soared high above, painted with scenes of celestial gods tangled in eternal dance, their golden halos glinting in the flickering light of countless chandeliers. Each chandelier was a cascading waterfall of crystal, refracting light into delicate prisms that painted the room in subtle hues of rainbow.

My Stepfather Is My Mate

My Stepfather Is My Mate

SYDNEY The ballroom, a grandiose testament to luxury, unfolded before us like a jewel-studded tapestry. Elaborate crystal chandeliers hung like constellations, casting prismatic reflections across the room. Silk draperies, the color of moonlight, billowed gently, a testament to the gentle breath of the evening. Sebastian's arm, strong and reassuring, cradled mine as we entered the realm of opulence. The soft rustle of silks and the faint murmur of laughter created a symphony of celebration. Every footfall seemed to echo through the chamber, harmonizing with the lilting strains of the quartet's serenade. His eyes, deep pools of midnight, sparkled with the mirth of a shared secret. With a subt

Bound to the Vampire's Heir

Bound to the Vampire's Heir

"God, that sounds awful when you state it blatantly. But we must keep up appearances. We are not exactly a charitable or benevolent family." "You are most certainly not, but we are rapidly passing fashionably late." "Right you are, Vini. Remember, one step behind me, and watch yourself around Isaac." Lavinia nodded and fell into stride a pace behind Arabella as she sauntered down the hall. Descending the grand staircase, Lavinia could hear the muffled sounds of loud conversation and swelling music. She crossed the entrance hall with Arabella and followed her into the ballroom. The central part of the room was devoted to an enormous dance floor. Couples spun about it, a whirl of jewel

Shifter King

Shifter King

"Labyrinth find another way to the tunnel we came in at. We may not be able to go through the converted ballroom when we leave." Labyrinth returns within twenty minutes with an alternate escape route. The hallways make a square that circles the government's main room, now the ballroom. If we head the opposite direction from where we entered, we'll find stairs that lead above ground. Each hallway has a separate exit to another military camp. Labyrinth doesn't know where the fourth set of stairs leads. We won't worry about it this trip. An hour after we get comfortable, people enter. The shuffling of tables and chairs commences and we stay on high alert, while Alden guards the door. This group

Fated to the Werewolf King

Fated to the Werewolf King

He let go of her hand, seeing her reaching out for him. "Stay there." He told her, and she lowered her hand. He pulled open the doors, grabbing her hand and walked her inside a few paces before stopping once more. He moved behind her, listening to the gasps from the women as he pulled off her blindfold. Lily blinked before her eyes widened at the sight before her. He had escorted the party to a large ballroom. A crystal chandelier hung in the center, sparkling in the light from the sun. Off to the sides were doors that lead off to the balconies. Scattered before them were a dozen tables, each one decorated with a white silk tablecloth with dark green embroidery at the edges. Fine China laid

Claimed By The Wolf Kings

Claimed By The Wolf Kings

ARIEL The ballroom was a constellation of light. Crystal chandeliers blazed overhead, casting prismatic shadows across the floor. The walls were draped in velvet the color of midnight. Wolves in silk and diamonds swirled across the marble, their laughter rising and falling like music. And the music, a string quartet tucked into the corner, playing something old and aching and beautiful. I stood at the edge of the ballroom, my hand on the railing of the staircase, and tried to remember how to breathe.
