Making My Ex-Husband Crawl

Making My Ex-Husband Crawl

"Going once." I did not move. "Going twice." I did not move. The hammer came down. Marcus let out a breath beside me. "Clean," he said. "Yes," I said. We were standing to leave when I heard the doors at the back of the room open. I did not turn around immediately. I heard the footsteps. I heard the murmur that moved through the remaining people in the room the way murmurs do when someone walks in who should not be there. Then I turned.

Chosen By The Moon

Chosen By The Moon

The coroner took one look at me and moved aside, stalling his initial business in order to let me past. I tried to stand, but my legs shook from being overworked and I simply fell back down, I saw some people move slightly to aid me but i shook my head. Using an untapped source of energy, I ordered my exhausted body to crawl forward. The gravel of the sidewalk I was on slowly turned into grass of the front lawn, and as I continued to wheeze and pant, the lawn slowly turned into the wooden flooring of the small entrance corridor, which then turned into the living room...

excellent work author and I think I understand the reasons why you insisted so much on this pain during the first pages. I am sure that Dylan will not remain without her arm, like all those who are still alive and were mutilated during the battle, she will ask the goddess for help on this subject.

I Wish they would make physical versions of it. This is one of the few stories of this type that I'm really enjoying to read. I'm still in chapter 20. I hope they keep the quality... but, until now, this book is definitely my favorite from all the ones that is in apps there is like this one.

Forbidden Addiction

Forbidden Addiction

I haven’t been able to come here for the past week because of how exhausting the examinations have been. I wrap my sleeping robe around me.I walk carefully because the grass is usually slippery and the ground is a bit sloppy here.I so concentrated on where I put my foot that I do not look ahead. If I had been looking,I would have made out the two figures of two people making out. Thanks to my terrible luck,I notice them just when I am a few inches from another foot.

THE LYCAN KING’S SCARRED PRIZE

THE LYCAN KING’S SCARRED PRIZE

I growled through clenched teeth. Driven by nothing but raw, feral survival instinct, I forced my frozen limbs to move. I didn’t walk. I crawled, dragging my torn midnight silk gown through the blinding white fury of the blizzard, tracing my own trail of crimson vomit back down into the mouth of the fractured ravine.

My Heart Hates Me

My Heart Hates Me

Then he took a deep breath, as if releasing all the sadness and preparing himself for what was coming. "So" He said with a smile "Your falling tears have answered you already" The white stairs opened from the balcony into the blue sky. He wrote the date and time into his book and looked at Vivian. He brought his hand forward "Shall we? Let's dance the final walk of death" He said with a smile. She held his hand gently and stepped on the first white stair. Her body's vitals began dropping. She felt calm as she stepped on the stairs and began walking slowly as Lucus accompanied her until the blue stairs arrived and Lucus looked into her eyes "You were a great soul to be known."

Always into You

Always into You

They stood under stars. No laughter. No rejection. Just them. Ethan exhaled shakily. "Next week. Another walk." Caleb squeezed gently. "Next week." They parted at the path. Ethan walked inside. Heart racing—not fear. Hope. Real. Cliffhanger sharp: next week. Another walk. Hands held longer. Truth deepening. No rush. But unstoppable. Starry reflections over. Something new blooming.

After reading the prologue, I give this a 5-star rating. The author has successfully got my attention, albeit werewolves' stories are not my cup of tea. I can feel the love for the family of a father whose duty is to protect them all cost. Kudos!

I really enjoyed this continuation and I can’t wait to read the next book! I just have so many questions…also what of the King’s quadruplets!? Or perhaps there could be like a spin-off that can dive into the vampire side cause since the first book there has been no mention of Skaii’s sister!

SOLD TO THE CEO

SOLD TO THE CEO

- Max is whining. I think this conversation is coming to an end, and they'll be leaving the room soon, so I step forward. With the same subtlety as I had arrived, I begin to walk away. I tiptoe up the stairs, look back and, making sure they haven't seen me, go down the stairs.

Marked By The Moon Goddess

Marked By The Moon Goddess

Claws striking differently now—precise, controlled. One creature dropped when its leg was torn clean through. But even then— It didn’t stop moving. It crawled. Dragging itself forward. Still coming. Lyra’s stomach twisted. “…they don’t stop.” Kaia’s grip tightened on her arm. “Then we don’t give them time to get back up.” Simple. Direct. But not easy. Another crack split the ground. Closer this time. Too close. Lyra stumbled back as something broke through right in front of her.

When the Scapegoat Walks Away

When the Scapegoat Walks Away

But when I finally finished the climb, she glared at me and said, "Your prayers weren't sincere enough, Caleb. Instead of bringing him good luck, he ended up developing heart problems. That donor heart is going to him. Start all over and pray properly this time!" Jenny only wanted to toy with me and get back at me. To think that I had foolishly believed she might still have even the slightest bit of love for me was ridiculous. I staggered to my feet, numb, ready to start the climb all over again. Even the bystanders couldn't bear to watch any longer. They stepped in to stop me. "You've already injured your legs. You're going to kill yourself if you keep going!" Only then did Jenny notice my
