Ronan caught my wrist gently, “Let’s go.” We pushed through the reporters. Lexi stayed behind, smiling for the cameras like she was born for it. When we reached his car, I slid in fast and slammed the door. Ronan got in beside me. Then I said, “Who the hell was that?” He pulled off his sunglasses, tossing them on the dash. “Lexi Marcell, my ex. He sighed, rubbing the back of his neck. “She works for my father’s PR team now. Damage control, brand management, that sort of thing.”

But even as I wait, I can’t shake the thought: In a few hours, Rosalee will stand beside me, not as a guest in this pack, not as someone healing from the past, but as my Luna. Ronan greeted Stella with a forced smile, "Hello, Ms. Dawson! I'm Ronan McKinney." Stella recognized his name. She knew he came from a famous family in Valtara. "Do you know me?" Ronan answered, "You're very famous." Stella responded, "Oh, so have you seen the movies or series I've acted in?"

Just like the twins, Ronan had gray orbs and his posture was imposing. He looked just the same age as the twins and he had a handsome rich appearance. Ronan marched forward to stand before his sister, shielding her from the mad looking Zayden. “Step aside Ronan.” Zayden said calmly and Ronan scoffed.
