Prologue Daniel's POV I went on with my life, not expecting even a tiny bit of happiness to find me, I was just living under the dark side of life. Killing, hunting monsters. No happiness, not even love. Nothing could reach my frozen soul. That is, if I had a soul.

INTRODUCTION My name is Kacela. I am twenty-one years old, and I am a werewolf hunter. And I have a secret. I am a werewolf. I was raised in a family of werewolf hunters. My father, mother and older brother are all werewolf hunters, and I made my first kill when I was twelve years old. I am trained in weaponry and hand to hand combat as well as other skills that I use in the field, like tracking. I’m also exceptionally good at finding werewolves who don’t want to be found using a variety of techniques, but mostly common sense and computer skills. It’s a family business and it keeps us well employed and financially stable. We move around a lot because of it.

Nicole shot him a glance and replied, "The Holder family is well-known among the Hunters." Lloyd was taken aback. "You're... a Hunter?" 'The Hunters, were something of a guild for hackers!' he thought. 'Only professionals could crack the URL to enter the website and create an account! Nicole's a Hunter?' "I'm Lucifer." Based on what I have seen and heard over fifty years of watching. The hunters are not wolf. They are not vampire. They are not fae. They are something older. But I manage to keep my shit together, and I helped him to get up, and I manage to put him in a bed over the ER room. It didn't take too much to see people noticing him very easily.
