A Queen Among Gods

A Queen Among Gods

Even when I’m dead they don’t let up! “I want nothing more than to be with Jartre…” “But…?” “But I don’t think I’m built for immortality. To live a life where I watch everyone around me grow old and die. Isn’t the whole point of living meant to be knowing that it will one-day end? What’s the point of anything if there’s no ending?” “The finish line is for the ego, but the journey is for the soul,” she says calmly as I stare at her blankly. “Thank you, Confucius. I thought you were a God, not a fortune cookie,” I snap sarcastically.

The Alpha's Babysitter

Navigating the uncertainties, embracing the possibilities, and staying true to her values and vision remained at the core of her journey, guiding her steps forward with a sense of purpose, conviction, and faith in the transformative power of resilience, growth, and self-discovery. And as Hazel looked to the horizon, she did so with a heart full of gratitude for the experiences, the connections, and the lessons that had illuminated her path, knowing that the journey of a lifetime was not just a series of destinations, but a kaleidoscope of moments, relationships, and discoveries that painted the canvas of her life with beauty, depth, and the promise of endless possibilities, waiting to be exp

CEO's Darkest Secret

CEO's Darkest Secret

"I chose this name for my podcast because, just like a river, my life also flows. When I compare my life to the flow of a river, I find that it bears a striking resemblance. Like a river flowing, I lived my life despite numerous obstacles and difficulties. I encountered as many individuals as a river, but because my target was far away, I never stopped in the middle of my journey. To reach my ocean, I must travel kilometers like a river." Her eyes sparkled as she glanced at her podcast channel. "Sara, tell me about your objectives and desired destination." I never discussed my life's objectives and motivations with anyone. To reach my goal, I, too, have a lot of dreams and visions, but I've

Betrothed To Six Lovers

“The calm. The light. The stillness. That is where he truly lives.” I blinked slowly. “So the darkness…” “Was the path,” she said simply. A shiver ran through me. The path. That word settled uncomfortably. Because it meant that what I had experienced— Was not the destination. Just the beginning. I looked ahead again. The road stretching out before us. Endless. Uncertain. “I don’t know what to make of it,” I admitted quietly. “You’re not supposed to,” Madam Lavinge said. I glanced at her.

Why would she suffer the desires of all these men. I really hope Lila Voss discovers herself that they truly do not love her, I hope she finds herself and conquers their dark secrets and such an evil plotting step mother and her deadly curse. She truly deserves victory to be queen.
Collins Piate
What a beautifully crafted story, it looks so real. The plot is great. I thought it was only men that get robbed of love by several lovers. But, I like her spirit in the end, despite her loss. She stood her place to start life afresh regardless. This is a must read, read to the end you will love it.

Kill The Luna

"She was absolutely right. I am not supposed to be living here in this palace. I belong somewhere else entirely, far away from all this supernatural madness." Ella stopped her steps for a brief second, her features twisting into a deeply disapproving, stubborn look as she tightened her supportive grip around my waist. "No, Fedora, that is absolutely not true at all," she countered firmly, looking directly into my sad eyes with total seriousness. "No one in this world belongs to a specific, permanent place. We all only happen to find ourselves in whatever random corners destiny has decided to place us, and then we just have to keep moving forward with our lives. You belong right here if you c

. . dahil lang nae-excite ka.”

I love stories of people's struggles. We can't escape from it. The character of Jacqueline seems real to me. Her struggles, her pain. I feel it all. Hoping she gets a happy ending. And please update fast.😊

From Dusk till Dawn!

From Dusk till Dawn!

Sometimes life takes us to that place which is our destination or shall I say to the place 'where we belong'. Isn't it magical? Yes, it is! A slow breeze was passing by. The sky was clear but the weather was a bit cozy. The tranquil sound of waves setting one's heart at ease. And there she was, sitting at the seashore, all alone and lost somewhere in her thoughts. She was wondering about her life. Despite all her achievements, she was feeling as if her life was like a puzzle missing a piece. A piece that completes it. Is there any destination to where she can belong to? Is there a place in the whole world she can call home?

The wife he left behind

she said softly, “about the word she chose for the back. You’ll know what it means when you get there. She didn’t say, when you figure it out, or when you understand it. She said when you get there. Like it was a place. Like this whole year was just a journey to a specific destination.” “I think it was,” Dave said. “I think all of it, every box, every name, every drive to a care home or a churchyard or a warehouse, it was all just different roads to this.” He looked around the kitchen, at the ordinary warmth of it, at his parents sitting across from him, at the photograph resting on the table. “I think the destination wasn’t the tree, or the memorial, or even finding everyone. I think the de

The storyline is good but I hope the author should refrain from so many redundant repetitive words, dialogues, side thoughts, actions of the characters, which are becoming an annoyance, tiresome to read further, just be direct with the story.

Chapter 32 and I cannot stop. A very young boy deciding to find everyone the world forgot, it sounds simple until you’re actually reading it and realising how profound it is. Dave doesn’t feel like a fictional child. He feels completely real. And every chapter ends right, this book is amazing!!!

The Adventure of August Back to Earth

The Adventure of August Back to Earth

You are here because it is your destiny. You are existing because of a purpose. You are here because it is your destiny... You are existing because of a purpose. You are here because it is your destiny... That keeps running through my brain like a broken plate. I want to smile bitterly. Am I existing for a purpose? Because I think that I have no purpose in this world. My life back on earth is not that good. If they say so, I will be exiled. I'm smart, but I don't have parents. I don't even have a decent house because I'm just renting an apartment that looks like it's going to be destroyed in just one earthquake. I don't have things to be proud of... Beauty? It is only just a skinny dip and b
