Candles flickered on stone altars, their flames bending toward something in the center. A figure stood there. Lilith. Her hair hung loose, her white dress stained with black smears like ink. Lilith. He whispered her name against the back of his teeth, and the room's air began to ripple. The candle flames danced wildly, and the aroma of the incense became more biting, nearly stifling. He could sense her presence, weak, far away, but unmistakably present. "Lilith… what have you done?" he whispered. He had learned as a child that Lilith was the mother of all disorder, the traitor to light, the first to rebel against the divine law. But as he remembered her face from his visions, he did not see evil. He saw suffering. Loneliness. Beauty marred by tragedy.

"You're just a copy of a copy, a pale imitation of the real thing. The original Lilith would never have lowered herself to mate with a mutt like you." Lilith laughed, and it was the most chilling sound I'd ever heard. "The original Lilith is dead," she said, pointing at the broken, bleeding woman in the snow. "And the reason she's dead is because she let you break her. But I'm not her. I'm the version that survived. I'm the version that fought back. At first, I was scared, but Lexi fueled me with energy and I felt my body and mind strengthened. “I am Lilith, daughter to the former Beta of Green Forest Pack, Luna Queen of the Black Hound Pack, bearer of the gift of the priestess.” I felt a wave of power flow through me as I said those words. Adding the extra details was unnecessary, but I must admit… it felt good.

A suplex is one of Lilith’s icon moves. “Now, listen carefully,” With an intimidating smirk, Lilith bends over Gabriel, who is groaning in pain on the floor, “Number one, I have nothing to do with you, period! And number two, Scarlett is my baby sister, and I don’t care if you so much as shoot a wrong look in her direction, I will kick your dumb ass if you ever dare to upset one of MINE, got it?!”
